Beep, well anyone who is thinking about CP9, and isn't a loner or Marine has to PM me personally first. Secondly they have to have their character speak to Madam, who is currently the highest ranked Marine. If she accepts your character's joining Marine proposal then I guess you're in.

And I make it a policy not to fight Logia users. You guys are cheap as hell. Not you in particular, just your abilities. It gets really annoying when every attack is dodged. xP

@Takaho: talk2hand Don't ask such trivial questions.
@Ryuk: Most likely you're going to have to fight. The policy will be you can join the Marines as a Seaman Recruit but to begin the rank climbing process you have to fight a pirate.
