"Yeah, he told me he was going to let me argue it out with Katrina. The only person he's ever even seen me vaguely angry at was the jewelry lady when we were getting our rings. For some reason he thinks that I would be terrifying if I get mad."

"Surprisingly enough, no..." Talia shrugged. "The only time I ever got into any real trouble Marius rescued me. I'm pretty sure he used his crazy vampire mind tricks on me afterwards cause I didn't know he was a vampire until he showed up at that hotel."
