She noticed a bit of weight disappeared and took note that her hair was shorter. She looked back up at him as he mentioned displaced organs. "That doesn't sound pleasant at all." she sipped her juice before taking a seat on the opposite side of the bar, but facing him. "It's been awhile since I've tried anything new with my ability. I tried to create a sonic boom once a while ago, but I couldn't find anything strong enough that I could later the frequency to the point of breaking teh sound barrier."

Seth thought for a moment. "You dont need to amplify the sound, just concentrate on accelerating it. Make the waves move just like if you were to push something." He didnt know if he was explaining that right. He picked up his orange juice and sipped lightly. Then he returned her hair to its previous state.

"I know, but that's just it, the speed of sound is constant, increasing it's speed isn't something I can do easily, as there needs to be some sort of object that travels faster then it in order to cause the sound. It's not so much sound waves that cause it as it is an object ripping through them." she frowned slightly, looking at her juice. After a moment she remembered something else she'd gotten out of trying to pull that stunt. "I attempted to compress teh sound waves to make it easier one time, the blow back from that test almost made me deaf." she smirked.

Kontengai walked up and just barely through the door of the Inn. An Inn meant beds, and surely that's what he needed. But to acquire the access to rent a bed required money, and money required work and transportation. He had not collected or earned any money, and had no room to transfer it. Without thinking of this, he had already found himself inside. A glance around gave him a sense of what he saw from the outside. From this point he could count just how many beings there were, and even gauge threat level of most of them. Seemed the people in here were of no competition to his own potential at the moment, but he could not gauge his own power, and was not at full power, not knowing how either. He might as well have been helpless, but he knew he could put up some fight. Assuming their resting power wasn't much lower than their full power...

"Well you know what my mom always said i needed to settle down with a smart girl cause im..." He noticed someone come straying into the door looking rather tired. He looked at Alex wondering why the man had come in when the bar wasn't open yet; but he did notice they hadnt switched the sign from open to close. The recent power outages had been solved by the mini reactors set up by the H.E.C, at least they could do something right. "May i help you sir?" Seth asked his hand under the bar clutching his dagger. Which up until now he had forgotten all about, 'Thanks. Now i know you really do love me.' Seth silenced to dagger to much disagreement.

'Why do I even bother locking that door?' Alex thought with a quiet sigh as she watched the person enter. She checked teh man's pulse, noting that it was rather slow and calm. "He's disoriented." she pointed out. She looked over as the phone rang, she moved and answered it, still keeping her eyes on teh newcomer.

"Sorry," Kontengai replied. "I'm just looking to rest." He noted the movements the man made. He was alert. The man was ready for attack, and his level jumped. No longer was Kontengai all that confident about taking him on. He probably could, but he wouldn't chance it, just rather hope that they were going to be friendly. "Noted that an Inn should probably be open all night since it is a place to sleep, after all. People would be expected to be here at night." [[it is an inn, isn't it?]] He realized he didn't seem the friendly type exactly--giving the appearance of almost a samurai or other such, but of course to only those unknowing of culture, and directed his eyes to the sword. "Ah." He tucked it away as a gesture of not wanting to fight yet. "My apologies." He realized then about the money. "I need hospitality, and I'm willing to work for it."

"You know kid you sound alot like me when i first got here." He smiled at his wife and then to the man. "We are an inn but by reservation only. As far as work goes around here, well we have that covered. Ill make you a deal you keep the kitchen clean and you can stay for a few days and get yourself on track." He looked to alex for a confirmation but not before adding. "Two things we dont allow here though, Liars, Thieves or Drug Addicts. Alcholics are welcomed though." He laughed at his own joke while hearing his phone ring... Seth looked at the caller I.D, he recognized the number immediately. Riot...
"Hello."
"Not long enough."
"I dont do favors for the H.E.C."
"I dont do favors for you either."
"Test me and i swear your head..."
"Riot...."
"Fine."
"Where is it?"
"What is it?"
"What are you planning?"
"Good bye."

"Hun i need to go for a little while ill explain later. Make sure our new guest is well accommodated and show him what to do in the kitchen." Seth disappeared quickly.

Alex frowned, hearing the the person was gone. "Please have Tori or Cat give me a call and give me a heads up on whats going on. I'll keep an eye out for Caleb and whoever took him." She looked up and nodded as Seth invited the person to stay for a bit and work in the kitchen. "Thanks for trying to help Doc, keep me posted please." She hung up the phone and looked at Seth as he finished his call. She tilted her head slightly, picking up the voice barely, but not able to place it. She smiled a bit as he left and looked at the Tenant. "So guess we should start off with introductions." She walked out from behind the bar and held her hand out to shake. "My names Alex."

Drako stumbled in, wet and dripping, and smelling of the ocean.
"He got away." he mumbled. "They.... they have... the boy." he flopped down onto the floor, comically in the same spor asd beforte. His body was wrecked and there were deep, eerily unbleeding cuts all over.

Alex blinked. 'That damn lock needs to be fixed' she moved to the bathroom, coming back with a first aid kit. "Come on Papyrus, Up and to a booth." she moved to get him up off the floor, getting him into one of teh booth seats and setting him down so that he was sitting on the edge. "The Doc already called here to tell me, there's nothing that can be done at the moment. How about telling me who took him though, so I know where to start looking and who to tell Cat to go beat to a bloody pulp?" she got out some gauze and disinfectant, spraying it on the wounds.

Drako looked white, incredibly drained. "He was.... so p[owerful. He called himself Death, or Riot... I can't remember." he looked up, his eyes gray. He barely looked alive. "I... I used a berserker pill. It made me a monster.... terrinbly powerful. A demon of fire. But even then, when I made fire that melted metal and stone.... he was unstoppable. I'm so sorry. I.... I said I loved her, and then I could not save the only family she has."

"Death?" He tensed. "I'm no stranger to death." He became suspicious that it was indeed the same person that he was thinking about. He hoped otherwise. The man made him a bit on-edge. That man, the one with unknown wounds all over--that man--his face. Kontengai could almost recognize the face. He put no thought into the identity, and no attention towards the person. Towards the girl who had introduced herself as Alex, he politely wanted to respond. "My name is..." He paused a few seconds. Only in his head, he would as himself 'What is my name?' For that was which he didn't know. Surely Kontengai wasn't his birth name, but it's what he called himself, and what others would or were told to call him.
"Kay." A short pause surely could go unnoticed, and Kay was a much more normal sounding name. He wanted to present himself as if he was just another guy--no need to draw attention, or have them ask questions. He didn't want a fight, and also because of that is why he hid his powers from them, and suppressed his reiki. Of course, those two were the only tricks he knew at the moment: Sensing and hiding. He would have to regain his other powers to use them. He continued to ignore the man who spoke of death, then focusing his attention on the entrance, but showed respect and was polite to the girl when asking "Would you rather I start by fixing that lock?"

Alex waved a hand. "Leave the lock, I have a feeling it's going to be busy day. Feel free to get some rest and wash up though, I'll fix up some food for all of us once I get this guy here settled." she smiled over her shoulder at Kay and motioned toward teh spar bedroom. Turning back to Papyrus she shook her head. She knew who Riot was, Death not so much. 'Wonder if I should call Seth and let him know whats going on....' She wrapped up teh wounds, having placed gauze and antiseptic over majority of them. "Just relax for now Papyrus, there wasn't anything you could of done. I"ll give Cat a call after I finish up with you and get you situated. "I'll set a cot up for you upstairs, I apologize that it's still somewhat cluttered, but it's clean and there's still a good sized area that I cleaned out earlier. You can rest there." She finished up with him and went to open the door to the upstiars before going up and setting up the bed.
A few moments later she came down and got Papyrus, helping him upstairs and getting him to the cot. "Rest up, I"ll bring you some food once It's done." she left him with that and went back down stairs, going to teh phone. 'Better call Cat and let her know whats going on...' dialing the number she waited as teh phone rang. and rang...and rang. Alex hung up and waited a moment, then tried the cell phone, only to get the same thing. Hanging up again she tried something different and called teh Doc back on Tori's cell phone.

Papyrus sighed, wandering back to the area ande sitting down. He pulled the contents of his pockts out, and saw another Pill. Maybe if he coulf get into the HEC,m he could save Caleb? He smiled, then fell asleep.
