Vixen nodded in response. "Gotcha." She slowed down slightly, feeling his paranoia. She must have really scared the s**t out of him earlier. She hadn't really noticed how fast she had been going, it was instinct to her to drive fast. Now she just did it without noticing until somebody pointed it out. She'd never gotten a ticket, or anything like that, always aware of her surroundings. They soon turned down the street where Kane lived. She stopped in front of his home and turned off the bike. "Here you go."

Kane finally sighed in relief as got off the bike, with first releasing his grip from Vixen, happy no misdirected touches happened thing time. He then said, "Thanks I guess for not killing me on the way, Vixen. I'll see you later... Then I guess?" He wasn't sure how to say good bye oddly, he couldn't understand why. His body was still a bit pal, but still he was regaining color soon enough.

Vixen nodded in consent. "No problem," she answered, starting the bike again. "Oh, and Kane, get some rest. You seem very out of it." She didn't wait for his response and drove off gaining speed. She planned to go out of state, now that she had a way to leave. Her car had been stolen a while ago and she wanted to try out the mileage on the bike. She reached the border of the state, ready to travel.

Kane sighed and said to no one, "Yes... Sleep, That would be ideal for today." He walked slowly up the steps to his door opening it quietly and closed it behind him. He heard sounds of a video game being played and guessed the two ere bounding or something. He tried to go into his room without being heard by using silent footsteps and then entered his room, which where he threw off his jacket and other unneeded items, like a dagger and then threw himself on the bed trying to go to sleep on the slightly comfy oddly warm bed.

Xanthe heard him come in, but decided it was best to leave him alone. She heard him walk to his room and heard the bed squeak as he laid down. She decided it was best time to cook lunch. "Hey, what do you want to eat?" She asked Kelsey. "Oh! You can cook?!" She cried excited. "Make the best meal you can cook!" She said kicking Xanthe's a** in another fighting game. Xanthe nodded and jumped off the couch and headed to the kitchen. She looked the the fridge to see what there was and decided to make some chicken with fried noodles and vegies. She finished the meal in 45 minutes. Which was pretty usual. She put the two plates on the table and made an extra and put it on a tray. She walked it up to Kane's room and placed it on the desk in his room. She walked out quietly and sighed as she closed the door. She walked back to the kitchen and began to eat.

In no time, Vixen was in the middle of Canada, with an empty tank of gas. She pulled over to a near by stop and thankfully pulled a credit card from her pocket. Since she hadn't stopped at home, she didn't have much with her besides her phone, credit card, license, and maybe a couple dollars. Ignoring the cat calls and whoops from other people at the station, she filled up the tank and got ready to go again.

Kane yawned slightly loudly as he saw food next to him, a small face went over his face and he said, "Food... Hm... thanks food God." He went to eat on his stomach stretching off the bed to eat it right now. At least it was rather tasty and everything. He smiled as he finished and layed back on his back to rest more hopefully with a full tummy now.

Xanthe finished her food and then tip toed into Kane's room to check up on him. She opened the door and found him laying back down and with the plate nearly licked clean. She chuckled. "So you liked the food?" She asked picking up the tray and plate. "Your sister is very charming, she is very curious about your sex life and if you have killed anyone lately." She said raising her eyebrows. "And did you know she had a boyfriend?" She asked smirking evilly.

Kane groaned a little turning over a bit and said, "Yes.... and yes I have killed someone lately, also my sex life is my business... and I don't care about boyfriends unless they are going to kill my sister or threaten her." He faced the opposite way of her when he turned over seeing she let some light into his room.. He would like the door closed.

"When are you going to be a brother and stop being a hunter huh? She loves you, and she misses you. She wants you to be apart of your life and she wants to be apart of yours. She even talks about joining you n hunting! She kicks a** in those fighting games she has. Talk to her a bit. Get to know her. She said that you are hardly ever home anymore. And when you are home, you are either sleeping, eating, or working on something." She sighed. She let the door close behind her and walked over to him and put her hand on his shoulder. The room has darkened a lot as the closed door shut out all light from the hall. "Yes, you need to protect her, and I know you feel the need for revenge, but she's your sister. You can't just protect her and not even know her. Just- please, just talk to her for a bit." She said nearly pleading.

Kane felt her hand lightly go on his shoulder now and he said to her, "I... am never allowing her to hunt with me, this isn't something I want to do... but I need to. I still have no idea why they want my sister too, now.. I am going back to sleep." He tried to go back to sleep not wanting to face his sister, overall he was the disappointment in the family, compared to her oddly. She always did something better after he did, but now he did something successful with no one, but her to see. She was going to move on anyways one day.

akimooncalled Travis shook his head. 'No, I actually just arrived here. I was, sort of, running from my home. A runaway if you must,' he replied. He never really had a pack, he was a loner. Tending to travel alone rather than in packs or with other wolves, since his first change. He had not been within an actual society since then, which was a couple years ago. In fact, since then, he had refused to be human.

Xanthe dropped her hand and sighed. "You should talk to her, just...at least for 5 minutes...please...im begging you Kane." She said very softly. She slowly walked toward the door, opened it, looked back, and then closed the door behind her as she walked out.

Travis shook his head again. 'No, I haven't had time to explore the neighborhood.' He squinted a bit, her fur had glistened a bit too much and it hurt his eyes. 'Have you?' He tilted his head to the side, his muzzle slightly ajar, tongue hanging out. Had he been human it would have been a very rude expression, but in wolf form, it was rather intriguing.
Vixen made it to Los Angeles in a matter of 3 and a half hours with the bike, not counting pit stops. She slowed her speed to 0 as she reached the mansion before her. "Excuse me, is Mrs. or Mr. Harris home?" she asked into the intercom. There was a static response then a muffled, "Who is asking?" She sighed heavily. "Vixen. Tell them I've come home."

Kane sighed as he he heard her say such things... He then said to himself, "She doesn't actually like me.... Xanthe... If you can still hear me, she just wants to like me. I told her a lie, that I am the reason they came to kill our family, but she was.. She hates me actually." He rolled in his bed to the other side of the bed taking up about half of it now or less and falling asleep kinda again.
