A twenty-two year-old barber was riding on the Sea Train when ii arrived in the North Blue. He rose from his seat and began to walk to the exit. A bandana hung upon his face keeping the air that he breathed to be somewhat, filtered. People gave him odd looks becuase of his rather odd, "clean," image. He exited the train and refused to use the hand rails provided, jerking his hands back. His name is Isshin Akashio, a pirate, an adventurer, and a barber. He had just arrived in the North Blue to set off and create his own story...

Shinnosuke once again made it back to the port after his training with Colonel Butler back at the town near the Port. "Well I received some good training from that other guy, I wonder where I can train to build my strength more though. I mean ever since I got this South Blue I've been training my strength only but I can't help but feel weak still." Shinnosuke's natural drive to become stronger was once again raging, needed more training. He than suddenly saw General Hot Dog walking around the port. He was passing by to see who was around, he also had just found Shinnosuke. The two walked up towards each other then started to glance into each others eyes, they had a cold and merciless gleam in both of the cold stares.

Shinnosuke than begun to spoke, immediately the bounty hunter said he was going to train Shinnosuke helping him with a couple of techniques. The young man was flabbergasted, it seems the General knew there was a young man with potential walking around the South asking random pirates to train him, he wanted to see the young man for himself. "So does this mean your going to train me? What are you going to teach me, what kind of techniques?" The general than spoke out telling him the next technique he was going to be teaching him, World Strongest Kick. The young man's mouth dropped to the floor, that attack sounded so cool to him.

Shinnosuke smirked, than explained to the general how he wanted to see him use the technique first. This was one of the ways he loved to learn techniques easier, it was the proper way to learn. One should witness the technique so he knew what was the right way to use the technique, once he saw how deadly the technique was he tried himself. He launched a normal power kick to anywhere in the mid chest. It it least it would of kicked the mid chest if he was actually kicking someone, he just practiced kicking in front of him till he got it. "Okay so what is the next technique that you will be teaching me?"

Kon docked his ship and got off. He was suppose to head for Misty Peak she had said in her mail. When he got the directions, he headed straight there.

"See Sensei, I told you I could learn it once I put my mind to it. I've began to realize that theirs really no limit to my potential, if I place my mind to it I know I can do whatever is asked of me. I just want to become stronger so I can join a pirate crew and help my Captain become King. But most importantly make sure my crew goes to the top of the pirate chain, I mean their are a lot of pirates that could just do away with me right now, this is the main reason I become stronger Colonel Butler, to survive." Butler was quite surprised by this young man's words, it seemed like the young man really knew what he was doing with his life, he already planned his life and how he wanted to live it. As for right now he just searches for more strength. And more techniques other pirates around the world could teach him.

Shinnosuke than begun to stretch so he could keep himself busy while Butler continued to talk to him. There was a next last technique that needed to be learned if he was going to move on from Colonel Butler. Shinnosuke than looked forward, he saw that Colonel Butler had a different look in his eye. It least a different look he was giving Shinnosuke from before it was more of a proud look that had warm essential qualities of a friendly person to it. "So could we get back to training sensei? I mean if your going to teach me a technique I suggest you start it up now.

Colonel Butler began to explain the technique to Shinnosuke in the most simplistic manner. The next technique the boy would be learning was a powerful one, Worlds Super Most Awesome Kick. Shinnosuke's left eye twitched as he heard the name of the technique, it sounded like whoever that created the powerful kick was being over imaginable when it came to the title of the attack. Colonel Butler proceeded with telling Shinnosuke the essentials of the attack and exactly what it was. User does an assortment of random kicks, never standing in the same place for long. User can kick and send the opponent into any direction when done. This attacks is very nimble but it can easily send the user off balance. "Sounds a little difficult but with some practice I believe I could accomplish the impossible, lets get started."

Shinnosuke than ran towards a large abandoned building. He was a pirate, he didn't care about other citizens. Shinnosuke choose this to be his next training dummy. He leaped forward than realized he needed needed to first build some energy into his leg. Shinnosuke than leaped across the abandoned building forward back to Colonel Butler, the man was quite surprised how Shinnosuke was able to be so agile. Shinnosuke than disappeared right in front of him out of what seemed like thin air to appear right behind him on his left side to kick right past Butler. He than begun dissappearing to reappear at a very constant rapid rate. Shinnosuke did this while kicking pass Butler so it seemed like the kid was kicking in every direction around Butler at the very same time, this kid was astounding. This was unheard of, this boy must of been a genius. "HA HA HA HA HAHA!!!!" He than tripped over his right foot while he was at this fast rate falling over.
