She nodded. "Yeah.... I don't always know when that time is. Usually don't until someone else is attacking me." She stepped around a tree and over a large branch. She was paying attention where she was going this time.

Krystelle glanced up at the shining sun, dawn had come shortly before they left the Ruins. "Yes if you live through them you can learn from them." She looked around quickly, not spotting what she was looking for. "Say Errdegarhar... what do you say about getting some breakfast. After all of that..... excitement, I could use something to eat."

He nodded, "What would you like?" He pulled his sword out from the air and looked around. "The best place for small mammals to hide would be over near the woods..."

She was nearly startled when he mentioned eating small mammals. It had been so long since she had been in an area where it was accepted to eat them and not just plants. "A rabbit sounds great! I haven't had a rabbit in so long."

"As you wish." He lowered himself to the ground and stealthily moved toward the woods, looking for signs of rabbits. He spotted tracks and moved deeper into the woods, completely focused on the task at hand.

She shook her head gently with a smile and watched as he went into the woods. She took a few steps that way but stopped. It probably wasn't the best idea for her to follow him. She'd spook the rabbits away and then it'd take even longer for them to get food.

Errdegahar quickly found prey and dispatched it, dressing it before he proudly brought it back to Krystelle for presentation. "Two fine rabbits for you, Krystelle."

She hadn't moved anymore since he left and was pleasantly surprised at his speed. "Oh wow! That didn't take you long at all! Would have taken me forever. I seem to scared them off now." She looked at the two rabbits and took one, "I do believe one of these is yours. It doesn't look like you got any for yourself.... if you're going to be eating rabbit as well."

"I...do not eat with you. And never at the same time as you...it's not allowed. And you of course have first choice..." Errdegahar flinched, "It's disrespectful for me to eat with you. A female demands respect..."

Krystelle growled in frustration. When was he going to learn that the rules he had lived by all his life to now didn't apply to her?! "Fine then. Go eat by yourself!" She picked up her rabbit and galloped away. Who needed company when eating and it was overrated anyways.

He frowned and crinkled up his brow. "What did I do?" He moved to start tracking her. He didn't want to leave her alone. What if something happened or some animal attacked. "Krystelle?"

She heard him call her and kept moving. "Leave me alone!" She shouted back dropping the rabbit in the process. She was angry with him and hurt as well so leaving the rabbit was a very distinct possibility. But she had learn to not waste food so she picked it back up. She began running again fighting to keep tears from her eyes.
