(Lucian's FATHER had the girl killed to save face, that doesn't make everyone in the kingdom monsters. Lucian is not a bad person and his father made a mistake doing what he did, but since he's never admitted to having Lucian outside his marriage, anyone who knows of the truth thinks he's a monster.)

how is restarting any different than starting up again? by restart i mean a completely fresh start, not that we should re-write the entire thing

But I don't wish to start over from the very beginning of this just to end up at the same point. starting up again would be picking a point and continuing from that point with all the story we've already done.

-_-' fine we can start again at the bakery but remember the prince and the kingdom is kind and peaceful, dispite the face that they have a very strong army which is why the peace treaty in which Leo was a gift and sign of good faith, was made.

loveAkiochan Lucian felt Leo's distress at running, but he couldn't stop himself. Lucian turned a few sharp corners and stopped in front of a small cottage. Lucian inhaled and smiled. He flew into the door, still pulling Leo with him. The small shop smelled of sugary warmth and it sunk deep into ones soul. Lucian inhaled again and smiled."Mama Cleo! Mama Cleo!" A round woman came waddling from behind the counter, her arms opened wide and covered in flour. "Little Lulu! Aye! Mama has missed you! Come give Mama a hug!" Lucian hugged Mama Cleo tightly, quickly getting dusted by the flour. Mama Cleo turned to look at Leo and smiled. "Ah, you bring pretty lady to visit aye? She is quite the beauty, doll face. A wee little thing! Let Mama get you a cream puff, that will get some puff to those little hips!" Lucian giggled, taking Leo's hand. "Mama Cleo this is my girlfriend Lily, we're going to be wed in the future, if she's accept my proposal." Mama Cleo gave a great chuckle, waddling behind the counter to pull some things from the oven. The entire room was filled with the sweet scent of cinnamon as she pulled muffins from the oven."Well Mama approves! I remember when you used to toddle into my shop to get a cookie every Thursday afternoon. I remember those little hands as they reached up to the counter and the wide smile as that cookie went right into that mouth. Mama remembers her little Lulu when he used to sneak in here to to avoid his mother." Lucian smiled, his eyes filled with a happiness that was rarely shown. "I remember those days. Mother would find me sitting in the back of your shop, flour coating me from head to toe and a broom in hand. She'd always be so mad at me for leaving, but she envied you Mama Cleo. Mother would be so mad when I'd thank you and hug you and let you smoother me in kisses." Mama Cleo smiled, placed the muffins into a small bag and placing them on the counter. "Aye, that woman never liked me. She envy ma connection to you, always accusing Mama of bad things. She tried to close Mama down once by raising the taxes, but the village people love Mama to much! Can't live without those berry tarts!" Lucian smiled and looked around the shop. "Speaking of tarts.." Mama Cleo chuckled again, pulling a strawberry tart from a small shelf. "Yes, yes, your favorite. A strawberry-cream tart with a dusting of powdered sugar." Lucian took the tart and bit into it. He shivered and sighed. "Oh, oh god. This is so good. I've missed these so badly!" Mama Cleo smiled, handing Lucian the bag with the muffins. "Take these, my gift to you and you're lovely bride to be. And Mama will be making the cake to said wedding." Mama Cleo waddled around the counter and embraced Leo into a tight hug. "Anything you ever need, come tell Mama and Mama will help you the best she can. Now, can Mama get you anything to take with you? Cake? Pie? Toast with a homemade jam?" ((restart here?))

 Leo's eyes widened at Lucian's sudden announcment, "M-master i-" but his words were drowned out by the large woman's cheerful voice and he fell silent, looking down at the ground. a bentian was strictly forbidden from brcoming a wife. a concubine was the highest it could ever become, nothing more. he listened carefully to this 'Mama Cleo' and his master as they spoke, taking note and using the information to better understand Lucian. he had his eyes lowered stiil and was thinking about what he heard when 'Mama Cleo' hugged him. he instantly siffened and held perfectly still while the woman held him, unsure what to do and frightened. he could feel his heart pounding inhis chest, but he made sure that it didn't show on his face. when he was finally released he took a step back nd clasped his hands infront of himself, bowing respecfully. "Forgive me, Mistress, i am fine" he whispered, not wanting to offend the woman but knowing that he could never recieve gifts from anyone but his master lest his master grow angry or jelous.

Lucian chuckled and smiled as Mama Cleo paraded around the room. Lucian squeezed Leo's hand tightly in his own and smiled. "Yes, you can make the cake Mama. I'd have it no other way." Mama Cleo beamed. "Good, good! It will be da wedding of all weddings! Da lovely Prince Lucian wed to his darling wettle Lily." Lucian smiled and nodded. "How is Rosemary doing?" Mama Cleo smiled. "Happy as ever! Rosemary has been asked for by many a man, including the Duke of the Isles! Rosemary hasn't stopped smiling since he asked for her to come stay a while at his dwelling here." Lucian's eyebrows raised in shock. "Does the Duke know of Rosemary's...condition?" Lucian's voice dropped as he tried to avoid saying a word. Mama's face darkened. "Yes, the Queen has implemented a new law that all of Rosemary's kind who are freed and living amongst us must wear a dark blue sash or marker on their person at all times. Rosemary made it into a little game, everyday she finds a way to make the blue part of her wardrobe instead of a punishment. A blue hair clip, an armband, a belt, she even asked if i could stain her hair with some blueberries! The girl is mad with it!"
Mama Cleo gave a great chuckle which made Lucian laugh. "And how is Cade? Last I heard he'd been sick." Mama Cleo went to the stove to slide in some pastries. "Cade is almost always sick, bless his heart. His body never quite healed up from his...accident, thus he's always catching something. He asks of you often. He misses his little brother!" Lucian smiled and lifted the bag of muffins from the counter. "We'll, once I get Lily settled into out home, I'll come visit everyone." Mama waved her hand. "At least let me call Rosemary in here to see you!" Lucian opened his mouth to protest, but Mama Cleo called the girl into the room.
A sweet voice came from behind the door. The door open and an average sized girl came spinning into the room. She wore and off the shouldered light gray blouse that tucked into a darker gray skirt that swept at the floor. Around her waist was a dark blue sash that tied in a tight knot right above a full spill of hip. She had wide green eyes and a mess of red-brown curls falling to her shoulders with light brown freckles on her pale face. "You beckoned for me Mama?" Her eyes fell onto Lucian and she gave a squeal. "Mama! You didn't tell me the Prince was coming! I look dreadful!" She got to to kneel before Lucian. "How may I be of service to you sir?" Lucian chuckled and the girl rose and gave him a hug. "Oh Lulu! It is so good to see you!" Lucian smiled. "It's been some time hasn't it Rose? Here, meet my fiance, Lily."
Rosemary curtsied before Leo, smiling. "Tis a pleasure to meet the soon to be Queen. I go by Rosemary, like the spice." Rosemary looked Lily up and down, her face shifting from delight to a slight sadness. "Oh Lulu...I believe you've made a mistake..." Lucian raised an eyebrow. "How so?" Rosemary back from the room and into the back of the shop. A few minutes later she returned with a blue hair clip with a small lily on it. She leaned forwards and clipped the lily into Leo's hair. "You cannot marry one of us, Lulu, it's strictly forbidden."
((i reused some ideas and changed some character's names, but it should lead us in a different direction.))
