"I know love, the humans do so with their own kind as well as mine and any other species. As for the garden, you can have anything you wish. I will see about having the workers build a greenhouse for you. Plants do so much better in the heat as you can see here." He said holding Sal close to him as his mate jumped into his arms. "I want you to be happy, it is something I rather enjoy."

"I know you dislike humans for doing such things, I cant say I didn't do so when I was human myself, but back then most slaves were prisoners of war that would have been killed otherwise. As for the plants, I like that idea, I can find a way to make two greenhouses so you can have a place just for your ingredients and one for your flowers." He was happy that Sal seemed to like the plants enough he wanted to garden. "It will be interesting to see how well you garden, Im sure that you will be wonderful at it, you have such a tender touch."

"It will turn out wonderfully love, I know you will take great care of your plants. Would you like to start looking at different plants to take home and grow? Im sure we can get a few ideas on what you want from here and then we can see Arianna later for those elf plants."

"Usually they don't sell seeds or seedlings, but for us they will make an exception. As for what we should bring back, do you want to start with something easy or have a bit of a challenge first?" He asked before looking at his lover. He was aware that gardening would also calm down Sal if he became too stressed.

"I have always loved roses, but they are difficult for beginners, we can start with a wild rose which is simpler if you would like?"

"Of course, we wont buy plants from them then. If you wish, I can find who they got their plants from to purchase from their source." He stated holding Sal's waist.

"What kind of plant would you like to start with? Flowers, fruits, vegetables? I don't know much about gardening myself, but Im sure we can ask someone here what would be easy for a beginner."

"I like that idea of growing strawberries first. It has a significant meaning to us as well. Your first food, and the first thing I fed to you." Vlad said smiling at his fiancé. "I will get you strawberry seeds right away. Would you like anyone to help you learn how to garden, give you tips on how to grow them and the like?"

"I see no reason that would be a problem." Vlad said after a moment keeping his arm around Vlad's waist. "I do love you Sal and only the best can ever do for you and my family. I will make sure you have several strawberry patches to tend so that you can find which methods work the best and which do not."

"It seems someone is hungry, lets go home shall we?" The vampire asked with a smile knowing that now Sal would be eating for two. He still couldn't believe that they were going to have a child. It was going to be an interesting first couple of years he was sure. One thing he was worried about was what their child would eat. Would he or she drink blood like a vampire or eat regular foods like Sal could? Or could the baby do both? It was something he would have to think about but it could wait until later.

When they returned to the castle Vlad let go of Sal's waist and looked at his lover. "So what would you like to eat?"
