Akira! Kioku is Rose`s mother and she would only want and do what`s best for the baby! She would never put her in harm`s way, I`m sure of it! You have no right to make your snide and judgmental remarks! Ari wanted to say, but she was frozen.
She felt her hands start to shake ever so slightly and she shook her head so her bangs fell past her eyes. She wasn`t crying yet, nor would she let herself, but she didn`t want the vulnerablity that shock had given her, to be apparent to her colleagues.

Miyo could sense Ari's feelings. She went closer to her. She wanted to hug her, but she wasn't sure if that would be a good idea. She knew that Ari hated to seem vunerable, and she didn't want anyone to know when she was upset. However, Miyo knew how Ari was feeling, which dictated her movement closer to her. She took a side glance and knew she was right, but said nothing. She looked back at Kioku. sending a glare in Akira's direction along the way.

Akira, stop it! You don`t get this because you`re a guy and you don`t understand how it is to be the "weaker" sex, to have men think of you as an object that they can just use and discard! You have no right to judge her!

Miyo sighed. "Maybe so. but Mothers a;ways know best for their children... Do not forget that...." Miyo looked out the window and sighed. "I agree. Let's leave it at that for now... We'll be seeing Ed and Al soon...." Miyo smiled despite herself. She was glad to be seeing them after Roy so viciously seperated them.

(Sorry for the wait on my reply. I've just been busy and dealing with stuff.)
Kioku looked around at the group, sighing heavily. She was a little nervous about what she was about to tell them. "Rose may look like a newborn, but she's actually a year and a half years old. She's never aged a day since I had her, and I don't know why. That's why else I want to find her father." She said as she kept rocking Rose gently. She then looked out of the train window and back at the rest of them, nodding. "Yes, it does look like we're almost there. Are we almost ready to get off and get going on this mission?"

"Though this is the first time I have heard of a reaction like this, many things can happen to people who practice alchemy." Akira replied. "This is a unique, though not unbelievable, problem." The train came to a grinding halt and Akira turned his head towards the entrance. "I believe it is time we get moving."

Miyo smiled widely, practically jumping on Akira as she jumped off the train. "Yes, yes yes! Finally! It's been way too long since I've been home! My mom and dad must be so worried! I never write or call...They're gonna kill me! C'mon! You guys wanna tour?!" Miyo said, practically all in one breath.

"Sure. Let`s tour." Ari exited cautiously.
Ari`s excitement was subdued. Something was nagging at her. She couldn`t tell whether it was what she had found out, or that the baby had been lifted from arms, or maybe something else....
She shook her head in attempt to shake the thoughts from her mind. She ought to think about seeing her love, Edward. It had been a while since they had seen eachother and she had made a fool of herself (like she always did) the last time. It wasn`t as if it mattered because they could never be together, but alas......
And still, there seemed to be a dark cloud looming in the distance. No, wait. There really was a dark cloud.
((only Ari can see it.))
"M-Miyo, do you see that?" she asked pointing to the eastern skies.

Miyo looked up. "Hmmm? See what? I don't see anything..." She sighed happily and turned to them all. "Okay! Let's tour! First stop, The Market Place!!!" She grabbed Akira and Ari and dragged them along, nodding to Kioku to follow. She giggled excitedly and looked around wide-eyed like a kid in the candy store.

(Holy crap! I didn't even think about the Humunculi haveing a connection to Kiokus baby when I made my character.)
Kioku gathered her stuff up and followed them all off of the train. She rocked Rose gently as she walked with the group, then walked up to Miyo. "Miyo?" She asked her gently. "Can we talk about some things please?"
