"Sorry," he said apologetically, and then winced as he tried to fidget with his injured hand and wrist. Keeping that arm still for awhile would be difficult. "I-I guess I shouldn't have used such a strong binding spell..." he muttered to himself as he carefully moved his wrist into a more comfortable position.

Kaleb shook his head in response to Rude's question. "I-it's a better reminder to move faster this way." Sure he could have healed some of the injury to be reminded of his defeat without nearly as much pain, but Kaleb never liked to do anything in half measures when it came to his training.

"Right." He knew about things like that. If you got jacked then you learned from it or you were going to get jacked again.

Kaleb smiled, pleased that Rude wasn't inclined to fuss over his choice or attempt to make him change his mind. With a happy little noise he closed his eyes, slouched further into the chair, and attempted to take shallow breaths to keep his side from hurting too badly.

He shook his head and looked up as Reno walked back in.
"Alright so if Tseng or the boss ask why my pants are on the floor it's his fault." He pointed at Kaleb.

Kaleb's eyes snapped open and he squeaked in protest, sitting up a little straighter in his chair. "I-I wouldn't have done it if you hadn't grabbed me," he said, rubbing at his arm a bit.

"What was i suppose to do? I mean we were fighting" He shruged and slid into a chair. He had on a nice fresh clean pair of pants that by the ironed look of them couldn't have been his.

"Oh. Sorry..." Kaleb said sheepishly, cradling his wrist again. He didn't really remember the details of the match so well, it all happened too fast, but he thought he had been doing okay until Reno took off his pants.
