Elspeth22 redface don't think I could ever draw a nude if it was a guy I would be blushing too badly You say that now, but you should try it. You don't even notice. They're pieces of meat when you're drawing them, it's no different than apples and pears or folds in a cloth. The model in the first three is a friend of mine, ate dinner with her every session when class went on break. Lots of naked conversation too. Her naked, not me naked. You stop paying attention after awhile.

Blushing? Hell, I'd either be vomiting of laughing ("Awww, lookat the little guy!") Guys have the oddest parts thrown on, honestly. But male figures, in all their glory are just not that... appealing to me. xp Real men look better clothed than not. Generaly speaking...

Pfft, then you haven't seen the good stuff xd
It sounds gross, but old, fat wrinkly guys are more fun to draw than trim muscular ones. So much fun texture and line to play with!

Call me whatever you want... But I can only seem to draw things that have some sort of beauty. Fat rolls aren't one of those things.

I prefer older women actually. Heavy women, mid 40s to 60s are the most fun to draw nude, especially if they're hippies. Then they're also more fun to talk to.

Wish I ahd more time with her, she only modelled once.

That's too bad. My favorite was an older woman with very long, steel gray hair. She was on the heavy sie but very voluptuous. Her waist couldn't have been much bigger than mine, but she had enourmous breasts and long, thick legs. And she'd take these really elegant classic poses, lot's of standing ones with props.

I seriously admire so many of these older models. They're comfortable enough with themselves to post nude. I mean, that's probably when a person feels the most vunerable, y'know?

Most deffinately. I know we did have one shy model who'd always wear panties, but she had a lovely boney frame and could take the most bizarre positions. I think she took yoga.

Friend of mine had a class where it was all old nude couples. They'd pose together and some of the stuff they produced in that class was verging on pornographic. It was...interesting.
Most interesting model I had was at RISD. A twenty-something, fit, homeless black man named Omni who wore a tiara like Elrond and always posed with a magic wand/sparkler.

My most interesting model was in an anatomy class I took at CCS. Older native american man, in his 60s, who could hold any pose for twenty minutes, even on one foot, and would always use a cardboard tube as a prop. Pretend it's a flute, a sword, a horse, all sorts of really bizarre things.

The facial features are a bit off but I like it a lot, Phoebe.

Don't lie, it's off a lot. xd I noticed. By that time it was better to start over than try and fix it. I like the eyes too much to fix the face.
MSP is hard, Ai Vi makes it look so easy. (My sig.) Pssshhhhh.
