It is. If I remember right, it basically means 'to explain' or something like that. It's used in manga.

It's more like 'how and why'. In Martian Successor Nadesico, they had small explanation segments played by the characters, made to look like old children's shows. 'Naze Nani Nadesico', 'Naze Nani Gossip Committee'. There, joke explained!

Welcome Vina ^^ Looks like Pyro got to the badgering before I did, darn... You know, it's funny, we hadn't had new members for quite awhile and then POOF! Two more!
And we didn't get enough time between them for a proper hazing crying

She is relatively alright speaking to one or two people at a time, provided that they aren't overly energetic.
The only time that she really has uber-difficulty in social situations are when she's in a crowd, or when she feels underprepared/uninformed.
She's mostly just...reserved.
