Hoshi now stood in front of a shabby looking building marked "INN" on the front, and Varroth snorted.
-they call THIS an INN?
-Apparently so...-
Hoshi sighed and was about to push open the conspicuously.. grubby door, but she halted in midstep just then.
-What is it..?-
Hoshi stood that way for a moment, sniffing the air. She set her foot down and stared intently at her dragon, fire burning in her eyes.
-I think... that Inu-chan is here....- she told the creature through thought-speak, then abruptly turned and ran in the direction she sensed her friend, all thoughts of the grubby inn forgotten.
She skidded mindlessly about corners, dashing quickly, hoping to even see Inu Ryu's dragon or SOMETHING, thinking in the back of her head that maybe.. just maybe... this could be the key to finding EVERYONE... everyone she sensed here, everyone she used to know... And maybe some remnants of her past she'd hoped to patch up.
One name flashed at the back of her mind and she pulled the cloak she wore about her a little tighter about her body absently, but she quickly tried to shove the thoughts away as she kept her pace the same. Now was NOT the time to think of HIM...

Life looked back up at Jager expectantly, putting back on her violin case. Shifting the hair out of her eyes, the half-moon elf questioned, feeling the thoughts running through his mind but not quite hearing them,
"Is Inu here? Is that what you're thinking?"

Emelin and her dragon just kinda looked at the two.
"Let's... go over here..." she said slightly under her breath and walked alittle ways off, just to look at the sea. She sat down on the edge of the cliff and looked out to it. "Beautiful." Siencyn jumped down from her shoulder and layed next to her, resting his head on her leg. "I have a great responsibility, don't I."
Siencyn raised his head and nodded. -Yes. I am sure you'll do fine. The reason I picked you over everyone else on this continent.- He layed his head back on her leg and she looked back out to the hypnotic waves and swung her legs slightly over the edge.

Jager turned his head to Life. He was thinking about Inu. She was always in his thoughts, blessing his nightmares and haunting his dreams. But his belief she was dead was the source of Jager's bitterness. If she had survived Eyotto's attack back on Ithranna, then there's still a chance she's here too. But Jager didn't want anyone else to know.
"I can feel her aura, and Hoshi's. They could be here if you came here."

Not now. Tharazzi yawned jumping up into a tree and looking around again.
"This place is boring Tharazzi, and its making me sleepy." She yawned growling softly at some of the trees thinking about pretending not to have heard her dragon and burn it all down anyway.
"At least we aren't near any water." Fire smiled, she could handle everything else, it was just water that she hated. Her thoughts wandered back to Ithranna and the last time she had seen Amp.
Whatever happened to her anyway? Tharazzi murmered looking into her thoughts with interest.
"She came here didn't she? When Ithranna was attacked. She chose to preserve her own life..." She growled her hatred for the cheiftain growing.
"Maybe we should go and find her..." She grinned looking at Tharazzi who yawned and gazed down from his perch in the tree. He shook his head slowly.
You really think that would be wise? He sighed.
"Well can we at least get out of this forest, i am not an elf and neither are you so i imagine they won't be too pleased when they find us here." She moaned.

Saphira_lights "Ah, so i am merely a child compared to your great age and knowlage?" Neo smiled bowing again. "I am honoured to meet you Lyude." He said happily looking up at Romana wondering what was wrong with her. So he let the light dragon trot off and he waited for Romana. "What's the matter?" He asked not willing to leave until he had a suitable answer. Romana shook her head and almost tripped over Lyude as he stopped and began to growl. "What is it?" There is another, another dragon with my powers... He hissed looking around hoping that the other dragon was around here somewhere. "Are you sure?" Romana asked secretly glad that Neo had something else to focus on. Lyude nodded but continued to walk again. We shall meet soon enough. He muttered keeping his thoughts from Neo, it had been hard to speak to him on his own and he didn't wish to do it again. Romana would have to tell him what was going on in future.

Neo sighed and followed silently wondering what was wrong with Lyude, he couldn't hear him anymore and thought it best as it must have been hard to do. "Now i know something is wrong." He smiled listening to Lyude growling but not expecting a full answer.

Relucatantly Tharazzi nodded and once again shifted into his large form so that Fire could get on.
Where are we going? He asked trying to look back at the half panther but unable to see her clearly.
"Somewhere that isn't a forest. A village somewhere." She smiled suddenly getting an idea. She felt the need to burn something.
Tharazzi shrugged and took off flying slowly away from the forest.

Emma Vivian Burton waled upon a dusty path. She looked up on the looming trees above her, then down to the grassy trail below her. Then he focused her gaze to her clunky boots, then to the hem of her embroderd cloak. She checked the inside pocket to make sure her sword was in place. Something was going to happen soon, she could sence it.

The half-moon elf looked to the darkening skies. Life wasn't sure if it was rain or falling night, considering that most of the sky was covered by trees. Oh, how she would have loved to been in the Kar-Ryu now, rain pattering on the kitchen windows, with the darkened landscape of Tharria or Elutra before her eyes. Curled up on the armchair, reading some random work from the library, everyone eating or playing...
Her thoughts then deviated to the painful last battle against Water, rain pouring down as nearly everyone, including herself fought against the half-elf that wielded the Chaos Stone. Oh hell, what a night, what pain...She had ripped open a dimensional portal, taken the Chaos Stone, and stripped him of all of his remaning powers, and even his very racial being. She had made him a human again. Wiped away his memories, even the aging that had happened, sent him back in time...
She repressed the tears coming to her eyes. He still had the Water Dragon Stone of Ithranna. As a backlash of the portal she had created, the chaos magic created a portal that sent her in the direct opposite direction: Jal'Rusai, a place she had heard only fragments about.
Strangely, the teleportation with the very first spell she had cast with the stone took three months to occur...

Topaz slipped away from Onyx sitting on his rock, and Emelin, who seemed to have diappeared. She traveled with Vermelho along the road that they had come up. It was starting to get dark, so she would finally get some well earned rest, what with her large argue with Jager, and her upcoming fight with Onyx. She couldn't stand him right now.
.: He could at least have the decency to tell me what happened, before he tries to make love with me! :.
.: Well, its not like you haven't made love before though, right? :.
There was a large pause in which Vermelho looked at Topaz and Topaz looked ahead of her, purposle avoiding his eye.
.: You said you loved him. :.
.: It was more of a strongly mutual friendship. :.
.: Oh. :.
There was another pause.
.: I don't think I love him anymore. :.
Topaz breathed deeply in and out.
.: He has hardly said anything to me since he was reborn. That was what I felt. It was good, but it was also bad. It had nothing to do with the demon! Well, maybe it did a little, but I knew that he would be different, but I just didn't want to accept it. I knew that we would never be together after he had died. There would be a whole life in between us. And that's just too far. :.
Vermelho looked at her like he had never quite looked at her before.
.: You push yourself to hard to make everything perfect. You would push yourself to death, and beyond. I will not let you do that. I cannot let you do that. :.
.: Oh, Mel! :. Topaz clung to him, and they both fell on the ground. She burried her face in his unnaturally soft mane.

Jager sensed these repressed feelings inside the girl who stood before him.
"Those feelings you have for that Knight of Water. The feeling you can never be with them. It must hurt. I can feel your pain, Life. Keep feeling it. It is the same feeling you had bestowed onto me. You better not cry, not after all the tears I'VE had to hold back, all the pain I didn't let show. The universe has a way of unfolding so that those get what they deserve. Looks like the old saying, what goes around, comes arounds, is in effect here now. Life, you might as well know know, that the one I had feelings for back then was Inu-Ryu. And all I can think for the hatred and turmoil that has lingered inside me is not only Eyotto's doing, but yours as well."
Jager turned away and began to walk away, stopping after realizing something else.
"The fact that Inu-Ryu is back, just proves my point, that things happen as they should."

Em looked back and didn''t see Topaz anywhere. "Well this is grand." Siencyn got up and looked around. Emelin got up and started to walk back into the forest. If she had to find someone, better find Jager.
Siencyn followed at her heels, his tail swaying back and forth in motion. She decided to take out her daggers, just in case a demon decided to leap and tear her apart, and she made sure no thorn bushes were around. She came back to the road and looked both ways, to see if anyone was around. Siencyn leaped to the middle, just like a little dragonling.
-I have not been out of that cave since the last dragon knights were chosen. I was hatched only a couple weeks after that. So there was no dragon knight for me.-
He shook his head, making his silvery-blue mane flow back and forth, then fell back into his eyes after he stopped.
"C''mon. We got to find someone, mainly Jager. Need to tell him I found you." She adjusted her pack again and gave a grin to Siencyn, and walked in the direction she came, hoping she would find someone that way, with Siencyn at her heels.

"Topaz, wait!" But Topaz had already bolted.
.: She'll come to her senses, right? :. Onyx looked the where Mithril lay basking in the sunset.
.: Wrong. You have an inflamed head. And she knows it. :.
.: And you have a large mouth. Keep those thoughts to yourself. :.
.: I AM NOT YOURS TO COMMAND! :. Onyx cringed as her thoughts burned his mind. She seemed content enough to turn and stare at him through those gold, mocking, eyes.
.: I should apologize, right? :.
After a pause, Mithril turned her back on him to watch the sunset again.
.: Yes, you should. Right? :.
Onyx got up and left.
Mithril smiled to herself, and began to preen her feathers.
