Kiken grimaced and lined up his shot again, trying not to take as long this time. He pulled off another shot, but it was still off. Growling in frustration, Kiken didn't even wait for more instructions before trying again. He hit closer this time, but only after taking an unreasonably long time to aim. He was used to shorter range weapons like a pistol. This was his first time shooting from such a long range, but he knew he would need to know how eventually.

Kiken went through shot after shot, each time getting closer and closer to where Van Auge had hit. It took several more tries after, but Kiken eventually hit in the exact same spot Van Auge had. He hit a few more to make sure he had it down before starting to work on his speed, taking increasingly les time to aim. His shots started off as completely wrong for the first few times, but began to become more accurate as he worked.

Kiken continued to shoot until he was able to hit exactly where Van Auge had only after aiming for about a moment or two. He practiced this several more times before lowering his rifle and wiping his brow, smirking up at the man. Van Auge merely looked at him before moving on.
"The next technique is the 36 Shot Combo. If you're interested in learning, I suppose I could spare a few more minutes to show you."

"Of course," Kiken smirked, "Lay it on me." Van Auge blatantly ignored his confidence and simply turned back to face another target that hadn't been blown to bits yet. Barely even aiming, the man fired off dozens of shots at a rather large boulder. 36, to be accurate. 'Well I can see why it's called 36 shot combo,' Kiken thought. Even though the gunner hadn't aimed, most of the shots hit the intended target while several others wizzed off into the trees behind it.

Kiken let out a low whistle, impressed despite himself. Here was a technique that required almost absolutely no skill whatsoever but could do major damage. It all depended on the luck of the user and the ability for the person to pull the trigger of a gun. Both of which Kiken could do. 'Excellent. This could definitely come in handy,' Kiken thought excitedly. Picking his rifle up into both hands again, Kiken fired off 36 shots just as Van Auge had. To his surprise, only three shots hit his target.

"What the heck happened? I did exactly what he did, but I barely even hit it!" Glancing at Van Auge in apparent confusion, the oldrer man spoke "As you can see, merely shooting at something rarely works as well as one would hope." Kiken scowled in annoyance, raising his gun again without responding. He fired off the shots again, this time taking a moment to aim. 'I don't care what this guy says, I'll do this my way. It'll be even better than his way, too!'

Kiken knew that he was probably being childish, but his rebellious streak forbid him from admitting it. He continued to ignore the older man next to him, firing again and again. So far, only five or six shots had hit at the most at one time. "What am I doing wrong?' he thought, becoming thoroughly frustrated. It was then that he got an idea. So far, Kiken had fired his gun off only after aiming and then continuing to fire from the same point. It sounded odd, but what if he was supposed to try to NOT hit it? That sounded screwed up even to Kiken, but he was desperate.

Kiken took a deep breath, squinted up his eyes almost so that he couldn't see his target, and fired off another round. His finger barely even left the trigger as he rapidly pulled it again and again. His onlt thought was to count his shots. '33, 34, 35, 36!' He slowly opened his eyes again, ready to see how he had failed again and preparing himself for the disappointment. To his absolute amazment, nearly half of the shots had hit, causing Kiken to simply stare for a few long moments. "Ok, what the heck? How did that even work?" he muttered.

"By focusing so much on your target, you weren't paying the neccessary attention to the position of your gun," Van Auge explained, "When firing so many shots, the recoil upsets your aim over time to the point where only the first few were meeting the target. When you closed your eyes, you unconsciously were able to make up for it and reposition your gun." Kiken blinked in surprise, then let a slow grin spread across his face. He wasn't exactly sure what he meant, but the main thing was that he had finally done it. "Alright, on to lesson three!"

"Piercing Bullet," Van Auge began, "Is a technique meant to disable the enemy for a longer period of time than Scope Shot, on top of being harder to treat." Kiken nodded, leaning the barrel of his rifle against his shoulder and listening intently, eyes narrowed. 'So, just like the first one but taken up a notch. I can do that.' He picked up his rifle and leaned it against a rock by his bag, digging into said container for his pistol. If he didn't need a scope for this, then he would prefer a weapon he was more comfortable with.

Holding the pistol fondly in his hands, Kiken turned to Van Auge for more instructions.
"The shot is meant to hit in the enemy's limbs and go straight through. Therefore, certain circumstanes may require you to be closer to the target than usual for a stronger shot." Kiken smirked. 'That won't be a problem,' he thought, 'I'm used to 'closer than usual' in the first place.' Preparing his gun for the first shot, Kiken focused on a tree as his chosen target. It was the closest he could get to an actual body right now.

Noah surveyed the area. It was fairly quiet aside from a couple of idiots who were making a scene. Among them he noticed what appeared to be a loud mouthed giant. He walked over to them and looked up at the giant, "WHADDA YOU LOOKIN AT?!" yelled the man, obviously drunk. Noah remained silent and began to walk on, The man threw his hand down as if to crush Noah's head. Noah caught the hand but it was such a force that Noah couldn't hold it up. Giants were naturally much stronger than men and although this guy definitely wasn't a full giant he was much larger than Noah.

Noah threw the hand away, which was almost as large as his torso, "Sorry but I wasn't looking for any trouble," said Noah. "OH YEAH, then what the hell do you want?" said the man taking another swing. "Show me how to punch with such force." The man smiled," My names Jesus, and the punch is all about angle. You have to know what angle to punch at and at what velocity." Noah nodded and proceeded to follow his instructions and was eventually able to do such a powerful punch, not at the same strength as Jesus' due to his immense size however his was close.

Noah smiled, he liked this man. He was interesting he seemed idiotic but none the less, interesting. Noah often wished he was simple minded like this person was. That he didn't understand as much as he did about the world. Noah thanked him but not before having to catch an extremely powerful kick. Noah fell to the floor, out of breath. Just catching that kick was hard enough. Noah got up, "I suppose that too is all about angles?" Jesus laughed, "NOT AT ALL."

Noah smirked, "Then what, what is this all about?" Jesus frowned, "That ones all about velocity. Noah listened but focused on something else, "You said your name was Jesus, are you a religious man?" he asked. The man shook his head, "Who ever heard of a religious pirate." Noah laughed, "I suppose you make a fine point." Out of nowhere Noah kicked as fast as he could with the exact fluid motion that Jesus had. The kick connected with Jesus but Noah couldn't tell how effective it was.
