Illinois doesn't have corn fields this time of year, all harvested. Well, there are fields, but they consist of nothing but some shriveled brown vegetation making up a few inches of ground debris.

Nevada is the ugliest state to drive though.

I've never been too far away from the east coast. Despite what people say, it's pretty nice here. Lots of trees.

I lived in Vegas and I admit there isn't much out there. The very tip of Nevada where it meets Arizona is alright to drive through. =P The dam and Lake meade n all.

It's never too late for Caltrate.
Driving is good. Fly to a city a few hundred miles away from your destination, then drive the rest of the way to explore the things on the way which may bring unexpected good tidings.

Do you like to rent a car when you drive or drive your own car? I would rather rent a car for long distance (several states) because I don't want to put that many miles on my car.

Well, my roadtrips have either originated from my house, in which I do take my car because they are somewhat spur of the moment, or they have originated from someplace where I have flown, in which case, to date, I drove the cars of friends. Were they not willing to take their vehicle I would have rented.

Heh, it would be impossible to fly to a city a few hundred miles away from your destination here as your starting location would be that city.

You are an airport Chibs? How did that happen. Is your head the control tower and your arms the landing strip?
