The heck... I didn't see that one. Yeah, it's pretty much possible.
Hell, with how Kishimoto's plot twists go, Sakura could be a Super Saiya-jin.

Itachi gave him the Mangekyou and the Amaterasu. Sasuke taking his eyes would've been a stupid move, seeing how Itachi himself was going blind.
