Yakov laughed too. "Damn. I was just thinik how amazing it would be to be mated on the full moon." He snuggled up next to Jeff.

"Aye, but only in theory," Connor answered with a smile as he turned to look at her. The ravioli was gone and he'd been careful to lick every drop of sauce from his lips. Having finished his meal, the stress of the day caught up to him and Connor was suddenly sleepy.
"I suppose it's bedtime now, then?"

"We're not going anywhere near the cabin," Curtis told his mate as the slid easily through the sparse traffic. "It's miles from there - a patch of forest where I've gone a few times. I've never once smelled a human there, and almost never smell any wolves. It's very private." He grinned down at Katra and kissed the top of her head.

Yakov sighed. "I never really considered it until recent events, but you and I would've been mates by now except for...well the obvious problem we discovered." He looked up at Jeff. "I kind of got rid of that problem."

Jeff raised an eyebrow. He had never really considered this. Then again it was only just recently sure that Yakov and Brittany had...well...anyways, Jeff looked down at Yakov. "I think tonight would be the most wonderful night of my life if you would agree to be my mate for life."

Kat smiled and play slapped the side of his head. "Pay attention to the road, I would rather be alive for tonight." She wished they could get there sooner. Once Curtis started slowing the car down and they were pretty deep into the woods Kat started to get restless. "Are we there yet?!"

Jeff wrapped his arms around Yakov and pulled him ontop. "I don't think I could pick you up right now, but I can kiss you." He ended the sentence with a long deep kiss.

"Nearly," Curtis assured her. "We have to park the car and walk a little ways. I didn't pack very much." He stopped the vehicle and the two stepped out and around to the trunk where he pulled out two light-weight backpacks. "Shall we?" he asked, offering his arm.

"Aw, drop it," Connor joked back as he stood, taking a nice, long stretch. "The sooner we sleep, the sooner it's tomorrow and the sooner it's tomorrow night. Although... I don't know that I should be looking forward to my first transformation.

She happily latched onto his arm. THe forrest out here was beautiful. They headed into a stretch without any human ontaminants. She couldn't get the smile of her face even if she wanted to.
"I am so glad that I have you," She said after a long space of silence.

Jeff held Yakov tighter. He broked the kiss just to gasp out, "This is the best night of my life..." And then he plunged back in.

Yakov never wanted to stop kissing Jeff. He tasted so wonderful and they had just agreed that they would belong to each other forever. At the thought of having Jeff for nearly an eternity, part of Yakov got a little excited.
