Megurine Luka by Caz. Actually, the person who rps her hasn't been around for almost a year so she hasn't been party of the storyline for just as long. At the moment, if there's any main enemy it would be Noira Blackwing who's head of the Blackwings, a highly secretive team of super-powerful witches and kishins, whom I can link you to if you want. Noira in her final form is the strongest character in the entire guild hands-down. What would it take to fight her? Since the Captain rps her that's pretty much up to her, though you'd have to have extremely powerful characters fight their way through her Blackwings first. No one's done it successfully before.
