Andrew visibly flinched as a certain Mythology teacher decided to risk talking to him. He set down his sandwich, offering a small smile that was more like a grimace. "Mr. Hunter," he greeted. "'Favorite student'? I think we both know that's a downright lie, sir." The medic chuckled quietly. A man like Hunter's favorite student was more likely to be a busty, ditzy young woman who was too stupid to avoid his advances. "I find it hard to believe you're here on your own," Andrew continued after a moment. "No innocent young girl at your side? That's rather suspicious, Mr. Hunter." He laughed again, taking a delicate bite of tomato.

Andrew huffed indignantly. "I realize as much, probably more than you do," he replied in a chastising tone. "I realize not all women are innocent; far from it, in fact. One needs merely to take a stroll through Germany's red light district to witness evidence against the notion." He turned to face the older man, eyes narrowed. "And I also know that you do not know nearly as much about me as you think you do." If people worked in mysterious ways, Andrew might as well have been a black hole for all that most understood about him.

"Again, you call me your favorite student," Andrew sighed. "And once again, I'm disinclined to believe you hold me in such a high regard." He tilted his head at Hunter's next words; he didn't like the direction this conversation was going. "Sir, it sounds almost like you're attempting to start giving me dating advice... please, Mr. Hunter, there's no need for such a thing." The last thing he needed was to have such an awkward conversation with the local pervert.

Andrew gave a genuine laugh, not even bothering to shy away from Hunter's hand. "If you only knew, sir..." He trailed off, giggling. 'Challenging' was a word that described his day-to-day life. It was more than challenging to keep his underground work from being found out; it was damn near impossible, but Andrew managed, and prospered. The medic almost wished he could relate the deaths of his recent victims to the Mythology teacher. Perhaps he'd be taken a bit more seriously then. "What about yourself, Mr. Hunter? What is it about you that I don't know?"

Andrew blinked, suprised. "...day care? That's more mundane than I was expecting, and yet..." He'd be impressed if any of the kids at that center turned out normal. "That's the extent of your secrets, hm? Nothing big, deep, or dark?"

Andrew considered the proposition. "I'll decline, thank you," he offered in a polite tone. "Besides, we have company. Afternoon, ladies," the medic added in a louder tone, though the one who had spoken had only greeted Hunter. "Are these young girls your children, madame? You must be proud." He smiled, his thin lips stretching wide.
