The Gigantos shook its head angrily as it saw that Koudou had survived the blast. It didn't understand how Koudou had gotten through the attack but it could tell that he was still very much alive and that was something it did not like. However, it was confused by Koudou's flashy response, its slow process having trouble following his movements. The blast of wind did not affect the Gigantos or move it even an inch, but the petals did damage. Those that hit the Gigantos's armor lazily bounced off the reinforced armor without so much as a scratch. The petals that hit its flesh virtually shredded its first layer of skin. At first it seemed as if the creature had been skinned alive, but this wasn't the case. Instead of blood issuing from the torn skin, there was only more skin underneath. It seemed this creature was too heavily armored - both biologically and artificially - to be seriously damaged by wide area attacks.
The creature towered over Koudou, now much closer than it had been before. It went for its next attack, but unlike last time it didn't charge him. Instead it raised one massive fist high in the air before slamming it straight into the ground. The entire arena shook from the impact as flecks of rock flew up into the sky from the deep crater the creature had formed. But this was not the attack. After a few moments Koudou would be able to feel a rumble underneath him. A large spike of earth was getting ready to erupt out of the ground with tremendous force right beneath him.

- Heavy-handed.
Koudou narrowed his eyes. No blood? His test had only proven the thickness of this giant's armor. With a sigh, he gripped his katanas more tightly. He had to change up his strategy, or die.
The creature reared upwards, slamming its boulder-like fist into the earth. The shockwave almost knocked Koudou off-balance, but the attack was hardly impressive. He felt a sense of unease begin to settle on his limbs. Something else is coming. He felt the area underneath him begin to shift and move. His eyes widened. Below! Koudou launched himself backwards in the nick of time. A razor sharp pillar of earth erupted inches in front of him - one that would've impaled him if he would've been any closer. It had caught his katanas, knocking them both airborne. His arms buzzed with shock, rife with a tingling numbness. He shook them out.
Looking upwards, he saw the katanas spinning in the air. Suddenly, he had an idea. Koudou tensed up. Erupting from the earth, he sprinted up the side of the pillar, grabbing two more swords that had been lodged in the ground. Each step left an imprint in the side of the pillar, increasing in force as he gathered speed. He planted his foot on the top, launching himself into the air where the katanas were airborne. The pillar beneath him cracked in half, crumbling into shards of rock from the force of the launch.
Koudou quickly analyzed the Gigantos from the air. It appeared to have exposed knees, the neck was mostly exposed, with an armored skull. I need to slow it down. Curling his arms above his head and behind, he launched the two blades he was holding at the giant's knees, using the spinning force to reach out and grab the two other swords that had been floating beside him. He placed one in his mouth, biting down into the leather wrap, and held the other sword with both hands. He closed his eyes. The sword began to glow with a faint white aura. The words in his mind became audible, and rang with power.
Thousand gods of the rising sun, we are lost in the darkness. Hear the voices of the lost, the wails of the damned. Blood-bound by contract, my soul shall act as your instrument. I beseech thee, endow me with your will, to turn away darkness, and exorcise any evil before us.
The blade erupted with light. Seething with white energy, it poured from the blade like water from a stream. Koudou had begun to fall now, rapidly descending towards the earth. He grabbed the glowing blade tightly with both hands. He crashed into the floor of the arena, driving the sword deep into the earth. The glow gently pulsed beneath the earth. He stood up and walked away from the blade, leaving it in its small crater.
Koudou eyed the giant, about to assess whether his earlier attacks had connected or not.

The two swords Koudou had launched shot forward, burying themselves up to the hilt in the Gigantos's knees. This time Koudou would be rewarded with two simultaneous geysers of blood. The beast wavered slightly and then fell to its knees. This slowed down the Gigantos but only temporarily. In credit to its remarkable ability to absorb punishment, it slowly got to its feet. It began stomping forward towards Koudou yet again. It was certainly slower than before but it still covered long stretches of ground with each step. Blood ran down its metal boots as it came towards Koudou but it hardly seemed to notice. After several paces it stopped and knelt down, taking the stance of a football player about to charge. And charge it did. In an explosion of speed caused by its incredibly strong leg muscles pushing itself forward, it came straight towards Koudou with the intent of trampling him flat into the ground.

Ray felt the chains wrap around his wrist as Reiki latched on. Smiling his usuall goofy grin Ray says"Okie dokie artichoke." Ray was not sure what would happen if he threw the Kamas but if his partner wanted to be thrown. He will throw him. Ray swung his arm around his head trying to put his light shield into Reiki to provide some protection. The shield acted weird as the light started to take the shape like lighting and started to crackle. Ray never remembers that happening before.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________ the shadow creature charged soon making contact with the lightning shielded weapon, as he would find shocking that it didn't stun it rather it helped the weapon put a stop to it charging forward, only to lead it to disappear, Suu then jumped up in the air her smile still upon her face she moved the sword to her side like a samurai once again "you really should be nicer to pets" she said in a low tone before disappearing in the air, she would appear diagonally right of Ray aiming a slash at him with her Long Stride, which was not limited to the ground for her.
(since its technecally not a living creature and a shadow by itself, the stun of crackle wont affect it par say since when it hits something it disappears but it still causes the force to counter the blades, also if u notice..i like giving challenges lol(making it seem a bit hard)) Ability used
Sword Skill: Long Stride: uses high speed to slash one time aiming to either kill(if upset) or to immobilize their limb(s)(tends to go for one)
Reiki sighed. Apparently the shadow thing didn't bleed like he'd hoped it would. The fight wasn't shedding nearly enough blood, which is all Reiki really cared about. He retracted the chains, quickly flying back into Ray's hands.
As the chains retracted putting the weapons back in his hands Ray had an idea. "Reiki how long can you make your chains?" Ray barely got the question out of his mouth when he got slashed right above his arms tendons. Blood dripped onto the ground freaking him out. Great just what he needed more blood. Ray moved the Kama to keep from being killed and back pedaled.

Crackle was already approved I just wrote it as my character not knowing it since a weapon is required. Besides Ray knows how to battle he is a 2nd year. razz

_____________________________________________________________________________________________ Suu looked at her blade when he backpedaled, she made her smile wider "it finally hit" she said in lord deaths voice, Suu then looked at the pair before dashing at them, she kept her blade in both hands angling it so she could begin a swing when she got close to them she was aiming for the opposite side of his body this time, she didn't want to constantly attack the same side because she preferred having it seem fun to her. Suu herself did not have many long ranged attacks so she would always try and stay close during her fights

Reiki pondered Ray's question of how long the chains went. "I actually don't know. I've never really been used, remember?" Ray then got hit by Suu's sword, making him bleed. Reiki stared in awe at the blood dripping on the ground, a maniacal grin spread onto his face/ "So pretty..." he murmured, mesmerized by the dark liquid flowing from the cut.

Ray was loosing blood fast so quickly put the kama in one hand to rip his shirt, and patch up the damage to his shoulder. "Reiki are you ready to expand?"
hmmm..well..im not the best at judging abilities..but..normally its required to put the length in the descrip of ability...but if i had to guess a good length it would be max 20 feet..because you have to consider the fact of how long a chain can stay in its constant straight line in how far it goes..i think 20 could be the max because its a good distance for the opponent

Stupid Ray. He just had to go and cover up the blood that was dripping so nicely. This fight was irritating Reiki more and more with every passing moment. "Yeah sure. Just do what you are going to do. I'll extend my chains. And I'm not broken. It's just pretty. Blood is so beautiful, don't you think?"
