Yeah, so, I was preparing to go Jamaica for the summer, among a whole bunch of other things (I was under the impression I was on vacation stare ), but it turns out my aunt (who I was gonna stay with), is going to L.A. for the summer, so I'm stuck in crappy Canada. xp

Serifin Dude.. there's a video game? Let me guess, still in Japanese only, and impossible to find? Yup. It's on the old Sega Saturn system. If you do have that system, or buy it, you'll need ...something... to adopt it to American electrical systems or something. THere's also supposed to be a PC emulator, but I've never been able to find it.

I own a copy of the game (somewhere...) burned from the original Saturn discs. They're like CDs, and you can make an image and make exact copies of them. The bigger problem is finding a Sega Saturn on ebay that
a) is in good working condition, and
b) has been modded to play Japanese games or get an American system with a converter cable.
I was really close to getting one, but then I decided 70$ is too much to spend on a system I will only ever use for one game. =/
Someone in a Utena RP once told me she downloaded the emulated game off a shareware program (I think it was Kazaa) but after extensive research, I think she was probably lying. =P I've got a lot of good contacts in the emulation underworld who can usually find any rom you could possibly ask for, but even they were stumped on this one. Not to mention the fact that there are no good Saturn emulators out there... the few that exist can't play sound, some can't even show movies, etc.
I do know there's some way to rip the movie files off the game CD though, there's a tutorial on it somewhere... hence the movie files from the game being in some Utena music vids.

Bullshit! xd But seriously though...I'll get it....oh I'll get it...and when I'm rich and famous one day, and EVERYBODY knows me...I'll kidnap Kunihiko Ikuhara, and force him to work with me on making a 3D virtual live action simulator of the Utena Series...so me and my select friends can hang out in my mansion and duel the student council. xd

LadyPrincePyro I'll kidnap Kunihiko Ikuhara, and force him to work with me on making a 3D virtual live action simulator of the Utena Series... Simulator of WHAT exactly? blaugh You know.. it would be easy to make a Utena RPG with RPG Maker... making the pixel graphics is tedious but not difficult. I'm sure one could even easily duplicate the Saturn Game itself, if you had the movie files and knew the outcome of each decision you make in the game. My main problem with making RPG games is that I can never plan out the whole story, so I end up leaving it and making tons of graphics that never get used. XD;; In fact, I DID make a utena sprite a loong time ago. D: Sorry people, but um... I already discussed this with Ivy. I'm gonna be going on a hiatus for a little while, from both the guild and Gaia itself. Ivy has permission to puppet Noir while I'm gone. It's gotten just a little too difficult for me to keep up, I'm guessing because it's summer, and most of us have more time on our hands. sweatdrop So yeah...
