Ihabia I wouldn't mind the country having better relations with the US, but I doubt it will mean that we approve the missile defense plan, or private health care, or anything like that. If the conservatives wanted to stay in power, they'd have to avoid doing drastic things like that that would piss the vast majority of the populace off. I think they'll play it safe, for awhile anyway.
Watching the Political Debates opened my eyes on certain things.

Does that mean it's good to shake hands with the devil, dance with the devil, and become the devil for safety? **NOTE: by no means am I saying that Americans are devils. I do acknowledge that values come from individuals, not by nationality as a whole. What I've said is a figure of speech.

After watching Martin's acceptance speech, I looked back on what Deimos said.
Made me feel a little better so thanks. (:

I love how CNN had a field day with our election. Well, probably the first Canadian coverage in a month. They're thrilled for Steve. cool They also picked up on our anti-americanism in the Liberal campaign. Nice going.
