But if you're already moving, how can he threaten with eviction? That doesn't make much sense to me. Unless he's trying to boot you out earlier to mess around with your plans. That's rather asinine of him though.

And now because of my ex-landlord (or rather, his son) one of my cats is missing. >_< Hopefully we can get him back somehow though, he's an awesome cat. but at least we don't have to deal with the landlord anymore as we are officially out of there, hurray!
