Ha! That's cute, Wilhemina. :] I've done a lot of doodling since the last time I posted, so here's some stuff. Facebook Graffiti for my amazingly talented metal-loving guitarist friend ~ 3/10 freebies from a contest I ran during the Summer Festival ~ [the middle and right ones are my boyfriend and Lady Pyre] And stuff I doodled for my mafia thread players, because it's the only thing I CAN do that doesn't make me nauseous ~ Hooray for no variety in facial structures. crying

I love the metal eating shark, Aivi!! whee heart And the pieces for Maiyra and Shoebox!! crying heart Maiyra's eyes are so pretty I'm almost temped to change my eye colour. crying
Thank gawd!! I'm finally finished with this piece!! gonk heart I started this drawing mainly because I feel guilty of not paying back the nicest person in the world for all the times she's bought me donation letters. I just wish she'd have more outfits that I could draw. crying
 From this.
 To this.
It's going to stay just inked until I get the word to colour it, and then I'll sign it for her.

I think it makes her look sickly, actually. XD But I was in a green mood and like it anyways.

HUGE picture. But you've got to see the detail. It's my baby. My baby that has grown into my new theme. I'm in love with drawing coral and other free forms...

The caption on the right is pretty much my train of thought, or rather, my trail of ink. It started as a mock study and became a representation of life. The hummingbird, in my opinion, is one of the best examples of a living organism because it is constantly moving, and always on the verge of death.

For a friends birthday present a week or two ago. I had some much trouble following the pose I was looking at, but I finally got it I think. Now what I need to work on besides my skills is what my friend recommends is try putting more emotion into it. I personally, don't think I'm skilled enough to put emotion into my work. emo Also, I'm trying to sign my work closer into the piece, which one day, I want to be able to hide a signature into my pieces. ninja But this is my first time posing two people together since I picked up drawing again after taking a two year hiatus, so many years ago. sweatdrop

Possibly NSFW .. bloodyish? Nekkidish? (Not explicit naked or gore, but still.) I forgot how nice it felt to vent through art. Yes, I know her face looks weird, I've never been good with profiles. Anatomy = ew, too. And I know her heart shouldn't be that big. Indeed. But venting art, for me, is just.. to get emotion out. That and I've been in an art block for several months, so even though it's crappy, I'm glad to have got something crapped out. Sigh. I feel a little better..

@Ryo - Oooh. I can tell you're improving a lot!
@Kilana - I really like the emotion in that. And the wing is really beautifully done.
I have been drawing on paper...with a pencil...away from my computer.
Because I still can't run Photoshop.

Picture for my friend Ash:

and a really bad quality photo of something I drew for Aivi.

Reddy: You really think so? I've only been doing skeletoning for a month now, and I've only done three drawings. But, maybe if I can get good enough before christmas, I might try doing your piece again, and hopefully put some emotion into it. emo
Now I just need to learn to do wings, and I think I'll be set for now. emo
