Life on the Road!!!

Max hugged her reassuringly back and smiled warmly. Her ears twitched as she thought she just heard someone and looked around to see if there was anyone there. She shrugged thought it was her imagination.

so where is this place asana asked while they were walking.

why are you going to training?  

[Artiistic]

" Its a good training place trust me. We're almost there." She said." I'm out training because I need to become stronger if I'm going to continue searching for the big crystal." She said determingly.

suddenly the bushes rumble.

"did you hear that asana asked timidly"

angelo picked up his bow

Max heard the bushes rustle too. She stopped and grabbed her bow slowly from her bag. The scent was unfamiliar." Stay back." She said to Asana, keeping her eyes on the bushes.

asana nodded.

angelo crept along side max almost gliding

asana heard the bushes rattle from the oppisate side of max and angelo

asanas crystal started to glow furiously around her neck.
'uhh guys?" asana asked.

then a Sahagin jumped out of the bushes at asana.

the crystal released its power and everything went negitive.

the sahagin had frozen in mid jump.

"what is this place?"

asana looked over to max and angelo.... who was now visible.

Everything was negative. Max was frozen in place. Wh-what's happening? She thought. She could see someone was next to her but she didn't know who. She tried to see but couldn't. What's going on...?

"brother?" asana asked "whats happening?"

angelo said in a clear voice, one that his sister had not heard in a long time

"the crystal.... its stopped time?... no, only slowed it down."

asana asked".. how?

Angelo thought for a second.

"an idea comes from Einstein’s theory of relativity, stating

that time moves faster in some places than it does in other

places,time is a wave not a force. there are places

where time must pass through mass. for example a

pyrimid. when you are next to giza everyone else seems to

move faster than you.. because time has to pass throught

that mass..i think that the crystal emitted enough energy to

become a mass to make time pass slower. but that kind of

power.... and the fact that you can keep it up for that long...

either means this will be a permanent rift in time for all else

but those there when the rift was made and the crystal shall die forever.. or we have a few minutes... and the crystal will recharge."

angelo had studied time rifts before.


angelo grabbed his bow and shot at the sahagin

asana started to stare at all the whisps that were not frozen.

"who-who are they?" asana asked angelo

"all in time all shall die" angelo said. "but when time is frozen... there is no death without time. ." angelo looked down sadly. noticing max could see him

"but many say time is an illusion" angelo continued.

"i assume you can hear me now max?"

"i was not captivated by the rifts power because i knew that its

an illusion..

and that i'm dead

did you ever hear the story about the blind folded

man, and they told him they had a hot poker in thier hand?

they touched the blindfolded man with a pencil and the man

screamed in pain. then later on the man developed scars. "

just think max and you will be freed from the rifts power.

Max saw someone move from the corner of her eye. She started to get looser and looser. She began to be able to move a bit. She began to lower her arms. Once she was completely able to move she turned and said" What happe-" And saw Angelo. She stared and said" Angelo?"

angelo thought in his unaccompanyed thoughts so its true

angelo looked down tears forming.

then wiped them off. "i was beginning to think you were iqnoring me" angelo said with a grin

She stared shocked." But I-I thought you..." She looked at Asana and gave him a look." But how?" She was so confused.

She started to see Angelo disappear." Wait!" She called out.

Akuma and Sain went off to search for Max, They arrived at the road where she was Max I was so worried about you!!! You know you cant go out without company Nyaaa! Akuma could see Angelo I see youre not dead after all... He muttered in a ironic tone
