The pheonix jumped, spinning around in midair to face the larger lion. His first motion was to place himself in front of his mate, wings spread so that he looked bigger then he was. After the adrenaline faded he realized that this might be the King. "Hello?"

Karver chuckled at the male's bravery as he stood to his full height. He stayed calm waiting until the other chilled a bit. The rainbow lion gave a small chuff. "Heya. Whatcha doin' here?" He smiled softly at them slowly walking toward the side of him, his silver eyes still concentrated on the strangers. His feathered tail slightly waved as he stopped short. "You lookin' for a home, by chance of anythin'?" He questioned flicking his left ear. Lifting up his left paw, he began to lick it a bit before putting it back on the ground.

Siyari stood behind Asiam, her black wings pulled against her body. She was frightened, of course. She was just a kit and she was facing a King! "I... suppose we are." She answered Karver's question hesitantly. "I am called Siyari." She said softly, her head held high as she answered.

"Asiam." The pheonix further relaxed, giving his young mate a reassuring look. "My mate and I are looking for land to call our own."

He looked upon them with fond eyes for a moment then nodded. "Well, look no more. If these lands are what you see fit, then you may stay here for as long as you like. I'm Karver, King of Queens..." He smiled over at them, his tail flicking the grass slightly. "I suppose you two are hungry from your journey...come. There should be some fresh kill as well as water." He walked slow for their sakes across the grasses. His paws lightly touched the ground as they walked through the tall grasses.

Adrastos attention soon turned from the game of tag to a rabbit that was grazing on a patch of dried grass, his tail flickered when he stalked it, he thought he was doing good because the rabbit didn't move he pounced in the air and landed on it. He clutched it in his bout as it squirmed yet failed to get away. He looked for Knarnia but she was no where in site he had seen Karver so, he thought he should show him so he strutted up to him to show his prize.

Hope sat by the river-side, tail dipped into the water, as she waited patiently for another fish to bit. She has already caught two medium-sized fish, but she wasn't too sure how far that would go, shared amungst the pride. She sighed, thinking that she might have to go hunt for larger game.

Siyari's eyes wandered to Asiam and with a small nod of her head, she followed after Karver in silent procession.

Karver led them to the water's edge where he met Hope. He chuffed toward her softly and motioned for the two to follow. "Hope, we have some new guests in this pride. "The peacock is Siyari and this is her mate, Asiam. They're looking for a home." Nudging the female softly, he looked over at the fish she caught and grinned. "Found a new skill, I see." He licked her nose then turned toward the other two. "This is Hope, my mate. There are other members of this pride...somewhere around here.." He looked about the Oasis then back at the fish. "Mind if they eat these?" He inquired.

Hope stood with a smile and gently strolled towards Karver and the young'uns.
She nudged Karver under the chin, purring gently, then looked at the two winged lions. "Hello dears. Go ahead, and have the fish, though they might not be enough. If not, I think there might still be some meat left in the cave,..." She smiled gently, before setting back down, before whispering to Karver, "I'll see what I can catch is a new hunt misstress doesn't arise soon." She thought of the secretive Lina, who she had not seen much of after she became a teen. She suspected the lioness had her own reasons for such, and she wished that she would come to her to help discuss them, and bring the small, scattered, pride together.
There was a silence before Hope stood again, a petite figure next to the large Karver. None-the-less, she nudged his shoulder with her own, "If you'd like, "She spoke to the pheonix and peacock, " You can bring the fish to the came, and we all can continue getting to know eachother there if you prefur."
Hope began towards the cave slowly, waiting to see if the others would follow. Truth was, the day was growing darker, and with the setting rays of the sun, came the hot afternoon heat, and so near the lake, the temperature made it muggy. The cave was shaded and cool, and the air was easier to brethe in too.

The small pheonix followed his mate, still a little wary about these new lions. He paid more attenion to his surroundings then the paths. Siyari and he had wandered through the grasslands and the desert to reach the Oasis. It was nice here and the lakeshore was beautiful. Maybe?
He blinked red-gold eyes at the lioness fishing. Interesting...

He nodded toward Hope then walked toward the fish. "Well, come now. It's going to get hot later. Let's go in the cave." He picked up as much fish as he could in his jaws and trotted into the cave. Placing them in the pile with the other, he then walked back toward the entrance of the den so that the cubs could follow. He stood tall and majestic as his tail slightly waved. His left ear flicked a bit as he eyed his lands. This was the best move he ever made, no doubt about that...

Knarnia laughed as she ran after Adrastos, trying to keep him in sight. After a tight curve, though, she lost him, ignoring the bush shaking behind her. "Adrastos... Where are you..." she cooed, padding around. The scent of blood soon spread in the air though, and in no time she could find the cub with his fresh catch. "There you are! Caught a rabbit?"

"Yesh I cughyt un." The rabbit squirmmed a but more until Adrastos made his last bite on it's neck and it snapped he laid it down and got some of its fur out of its mouth. His pink tounge licked his lips from its crimson stained. "I haven't caught anything this big before." He grinned happily.

"That's about as big as I can catch too. Never tried to go hunt anything bigger though, it's scary to go out like that alone..." The sight of the dead rabbit and these simple words were reminding Knarnia that she had been hungry for a while. But she would absolutely not make Adrastos share his prey, after all it was his! "It'd be awesome if I knew how to hunt better..." she mumbled, thinking of Li Na.
