"I feel distinctly out-of-place among all this noble ancestry," quipped Ryan. "I'm happy with my obscure parentage, frankly; less to live up to." He peeked outside through a knothole in a board blocking up a window. "And Malfoy...as in that boy Malfoy in Slytherin now? They're related?"

Summer shrugged in reply. "The Malfoys are one of the last pureblood families still around. How many other Malfoy lineages do you know?"

"Actually, technically we are Malfoy's too," Neylie pointed out, "Or related anyways. Malfoy is our cousin or something," Neylie sat up. The black sheep of the family, that's what I am. Only about 5 Blacks were in Gryffindor, Neylie thought frowning. "Your right Ryan, less to live up to,"

"Malfoy couldn't have resurrected the Dark Lord all by his lonesome," Ryan pointed out. "He had to have help. I guess one way to find out is to see who's doing extremely well out of all this. Other than that..." He shrugged. He wasn't kidding when he said he was a soldier, not a general. The undercurrents of Death Eater politics weren't his forte; he couldn't wrap his mind around the tangle, and he knew too little about the families involved.

Sapphire groaned and shook her head. "I was told by a friend that Voldemort promised him protection from the Potter family wrath." Malfoy was such a baby that he'd get protection from someone who never kept his word.

"That's true, he is a baby. Or his grandson is anyway," Neylie said laughing, then frowning, "What if Malfoy has gained power or something? What if Voldemort kept his promise and gave Malfoy a huge power?"

Summer shook her head, ignoring all the other trivial facts. "Even if we're assuming that the Malfoys are the ones responsible for Voldemort's return, we need to figure out how to get rid of him this time and figure out how the Malfoys did it. We can't have anymore people imitating them and bringing Voldemort back again! We have to make sure he stays dead this time!"
She paced around for a bit thinking, "Sapphire. You said you were there when it happened. What exactly happened? If it's a ritual or something, we can destroy or at least hide all documents that explain how it's done."

"The same thing happened when he came back the frst time. I can't explain it, exept for my entire family was there. Oh no! Matt and Jacob went with Darius!" She worried again and was ready to go into hysterics.

Ryan blinked. He had forgotten about her brothers amongst all the brou-ha-ha. Battling inferi could do that to a person. He helped Sapphire up off the ground. "Don't worry," he said, falsely bright, "We'll find everybody. I'm sure your brother got out in time...you Potters are hard to get rid of."
