He nibbled on his cookie and watched Demyx look around. He had to keep an eye on the water mage so something shinny didnt catch his attention and he go running off.
"What shall we do now?"

Kaleb appeared startled by her request, it was perhaps one of the last things he would have expected. He blushed brightly, fidgeting with nervous energy as he scrambled back to his feet. "I-I sh-should really find that book n-now..." He stammered, turning to face the books so Felicia couldn't see his blush.

 Luckily for Luxord, nothing really shiny caught the attention of the sitarist, and thus the little blonde stayed by his side.
"I dunno....what do you want to do?"
He had gotten cookies, so he figured it was Luxord's turn to pick their destination.

Felicia mentally fumed over Kaleb's subject change. "Not even a tiny little hug?" She gave a slight whine to her tone. She figured she'd pluck at his heart strings a bit, maybe he'd cave. "It's just...since I've been here everyone hasn't been very inviting you know? And I could use a hug."

"Well i have heard that there is a store here that sells dice, but i doubt you would be intrested in digging though them with me." He smiled at Demyx.

Kaleb bit his lip and turned to face her, his paws fidgeting in front of him. "I-I'm s-sorry, I didn't mean to be unwelcoming, I-I was just nervous then..." Well, he was also nervous now, under the pressure of wanting to comfort Felicia but not being able to stumble past the limits of his shy personality.
The mage had managed to take a couple hesitant steps towards her, so he was only an arm's reach away. He glanced up at her with an almost pleading look, but it was impossible to tell if he would be pleading 'please, don't be sad,' or 'please, I can't...'

Taking another bite of his cookie, Demyx blinked up at Luxord with perked ears.
"Yes I would! It'll be fun!"
Thankfully, Luxord had picked a pretty boy that took an interest in nearly everything, no matter how trivial.

She watched as Kaleb fidgeted and stuttered. He really was such a timid little thing. It was an unbearable ammount of cuteness for Felicia to see.
Latching onto Kaleb with both arms as tight as she could her mind was mentally squeeing. The female has snuffed the males head right into her chest, hoping that would either make him relax into the hug, or blush uncontrollably. Whichever came first didn't matter to her, she was just trying to get a reaction out of hiim. Though...she did enjoy the hug and being close to someone, it had been a while. She moved one of her hands up and stroked his hair, coo-ing softly trying to keep him cought in the embrace for as long as possible.

"Then perhaps we all go look for that particular store." He ruffled Demyx's hair and walked away from the cookie store. They could wander around until they found the store and he coudl pick up a few new dice

When Felicia grabbed and hugged him, Kaleb's first instinct was to throw up a quick shield spell, but he simply couldn't react fast enough. His second instinct was to flail and step backwards, but his arms were pinned. So he was left with his third, and not so effective, plan of action.
He blushed, stuttered something horribly unintelligible, and trembled a bit.

The sitarist gave a happy squeak at the hair ruffling, soon following along behind the older blonde.
"I didn't know there were stores for dice..."
Demyx spent the new few moments trying to imagine a store selling nothing but dice. After being unsuccessful in imagining it he decided to just see it for himself in a few minutes.
"If there's a store for dice, does that mean there's stores that sell lotsa cards too?"

She continued to stroke Kaleb's hair. "Come on hon, you can relax, nothing's gunna hurt you, I promise." She spoke softly trying to calm him down a bit. The poor kid was shaking like a leaf. "I know you're nervous around new people, but I'm not that bad am I?" She moved her other hand back down and around Kaleb, stroking his back. "I'm your friend, right? You can relax around me. I'll take care of you."

"Yes there are." he nodded. "There are places that sell both too. Mostly they are there to cater to people with habits like mine." He reafrained from adding the gambling, not the picking up cute boys since it would probably go right over Demyx's head.

Kaleb closed his eyes and took a couple deep breaths to calm himself. It wasn't unusual for friends to hug, he told himself, but every time he found himself thinking about the situation he just got nervous all over again.
After a minute or so his shock started to wear off and the mage's shaking disappeared. With some effort he managed to slow his breathing down to more normal rates, but there was no helping his tense muscles. There was too much that made him tense up, at this point he didn't even notice it anymore.
He thought perhaps he should say something to Felicia, but he was afraid to speak up in case all he managed was a nervous squeak.

Demyx, of course, didn't know the full meaning of saying just that, since he had no idea what Luxord had been thinking. But the gambler's dice and cards did interest him.
