I'm quickly apologizing for Twili...She has a ton of homework (mostly due to this one project she got for her GT class. I'd've had it too...but I quit the class after last year.) so she hasn't had much time to do anything she really wants to do. On top of taht, we're working for our Silver Award (girl scouts thing), and we'll be finishing that project up in about two weeks, so there's even more. I don't really have all that much homework, which is why I'm on so often, but she has a crapload.

The only good thing is taht the Silver Award has been pretty fun so far. We're planning and helping host a Service Unit camp out; we came up with the theme and everything, and now all we really have to do (other than brush up our station) is actually host the thing. *sigh* I'm seriously amazed that we're as well-prepared as we are given how much homework she has and how much of a lazy butt I am...

Well doing homework during your free time in school really helps, espicially if your soo bored during lunch, that you'll actually do homework during your free time. But...AWWW girl scouts! It's been so long since I bought any cookies, what can I saw, I'm a sucker for adorable things! I haven't been getting that much homework for this pass couple of weeks since we starrted school, I'm in debt ($50), and I have to make plans for Anime-Expo thats coming up in July with my freinds.

heh, yeah.

We were supposed to try to sell 25 boxes each (for our 7-girl troop...) but... um... I haven't quite sold any. *cringe* My mom's gonna get so mad.... (she's the leader)

I actually think it's nicer to have your parent as the leader... Or at least more convenient. I get first dibs on lotsa stuff. 3nodding

Haha, I never have to worry about getting a ride to the meeting. That and I never have to know what weekends we're going camping. I just look outside and if his packing the truck, thats my sign. mrgreen

XD I know! I get to say things like "Huh? We have a meeting today?" and tehn twili gives me this look that says "Yes, Secret. We DO have a meeting today." So when we're heading home from school (all our meetings are on wednesdays) the whole troop ('cept one girl, who goes to a diff middle school) will be following me. they're stalking me...like santa! ninja

LOL lol

Yeah, you could do the whole follow the leader but spreading out as a group thing where your leading the gang and having someone play the "Shaft" theme over a boombox in the background with all of these people following you.

I know what I just said doesn't make sense, but it does to me somehow.

xd I love my troop.... We're a bunch of weirdos... But that one girl that goes to a diff middle school hardly ever makes it to any meetings and she's also kinda annoying. She acts like an overly excitable puppy... It's really scary soemtimes, seeing as she's about six feet tall. That's about 6ish inches taller than everyone else!!! But since she's usually not around, Twili's usually the tallest, then me, then Strawberry (shortcake!), then... either Kitty or Chocho (lol, I hope she never sees this, she hates being called 'chocho') and last... Microchip.

It's really weird, cuz my sister (who's in 5th grade) is taller than about half my troop. lol. We're also good at recruiting most of the time. We emphasize how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and AMAZINGLY FUN all the stuff we do is, and we get a new girl every.... once in a while. Better than most eighth grade troops, though. Usually they get smaller, but we got bigger! ^^ Strawberry is the new recruit of the year.

Man, I stand at about 6 foot 3 inches tall and I've been 6 feet since the eighth grade. They are right when they tell you that being tall gives you some respect, it did for me when I hit that level.

And it's okay, I've been cool with the weird for a long time. What's it like being in the scouts?

I'm like the 3rd tallest philipino in my high school, the tallest asian is like proabably like 7-8 inches or so. but I'm fine being short
PostPosted: Sat Feb 02, 2008 5:45 pm

Since we're all talking about how tall we are, I'll say that I'm 6' 2" so unknown has me beat. But I had a bread when I turned 14! Beat that! burning_eyes

I'm only 5' 5"ish! *feels short now* Dangit.... oh well! At least my feet aren't very big for my family.... actually, for my family, they're rather small... Haha, that was random, but true. My mom's feet are size 11 women's and my dad's are... size.... um... 10ish, I think, men's. I have size 9 1/2 women's. ^^

The kids at my school seem all rather short now... the average has to be about five six--guys too. I know this one guy, and he's so short it's funny! I'm almost a foot taller than him! So we poke fun at him during lunch (he happens to sit at the table me, twili, and strawberry sit at). Even Edward Elric of Fullmetal Alchemist is taller!!!! It's simply amazing...
