Actually, I am sure your house has hyper-people-equals-destruction insurance..... It is called Home owners Insurance. xP

I wanna have a big garden though whenever I do own a house! : ]

I am planning on living with some of my close friends in a big house since...well, the more people the less you have to pay. ^^
Then again, that might be a bad idea since you really do not know someone until you live with them. D=
