Adrastos tore off the two back legs with a bit of it's thigh but the rest he nudged to Knarnia. After all he wasn't about to hog a fresh meal in front of a friend. He licked his mouth again, "Soon I'll be able to catch anything I would like to. When I get bigger I mean." he grinned. "You probably just need practice." he nodded.

Hope laid down at her favorite corner of the cave, and awaited her king and the newcomers to follow.

"Yeah, I bet you will. And King of your own pride too someday, who knows?" Knarnia said, grinning widely. She watched as the rabbit was set apart for her, most of it actually. Food... Foooood... "Yeah, you're right. And anytime is as good as the other for practicing!" Turning to the oasis, Knarnia began walking away, the same happy grin showing on her jaws.

"I know, I'll become a King. A great King." he grinned. "Who knows maybe you could be in my pride!" he exclaimed he had rather been enjoying this lionesses company she had been the one closest to him since he had entered the pride. If it was alright with her he probably see to it and go to Karver for when he was to leave.

Her laughter still reached Adrastos's ears for a bit, before she disappeared from sight. Knarnia's mind was set on one straight goal: she'd hunt something bigger than a rodent for herself this time. After watching Li Na obbidiently and happily for so long, she thought maybe she could try and catch something on her own... no?
The scent of nearby herds taking a sip at the fresh waters of the lake calmed the lioness down for once. Remembering her hunting "lessons", Knarnia crouched down on the tall dry herbs, trying to mask her own odor against the wind. A large group of gazelles was out, refreshing themselves before the hot midday sun started striking. A few young ones pranced around, unaware of the lingreing lioness. In a most strange attitude in her, Knarnia remained quiet, paciently waiting for one that seemed weaker to stand out. The wait seemed like an eternity to her, staying as still as she managed, until finally...
Knarnia sprung from her stance, dashing after the young gazelle. The herd scattered out as the lioness chased her game, her bright green eyes set on the youngling. By a huge stroke of luck, Knarnia managed to lay a paw on it's side, sending the frail gazelle down. One last bite on the neck, and the limp carcass hung on her jaws.

Adrastos was in the distance following her as he caught the smell of blood. His ears perked forward as he pounced out of the brush to see Knarnia's kill. "Ooh, a gazelle nice catch." he grinned. He looked at the limp, lifeless body of the gazelle and licked his lips. He wasn't all that hungry but he enjoyed the taste of a young gazelle, tender than the others.

Katima yawned, stretching her newly adult maw. She'd gone through such a growth spurt it was hard to remember if she'd ever been a teen in form, though she was still one in mind. Hauling herself to her feet, she padded off to find Hope, perhaps to join in a hunt.

Hope could smell Katima nearing, and peeked further out of the cave to catch a glimpse of her.

"I fifn't knuh fey coulf run fo muf..." Knarnia said, grinning. She was panting, tired from the run and starting to feel the heat catch up to her, the gazelle weighing on her jaws. The lioness started dragging the piece under the shade of a tree nearby, releasing it and lying down, relieved. Ripping one of the hind legs apart, Knarnia took a decent bite, licking her lips happily. "Yum! Want some?"

Siyari found her way along the river bed, following not too far behind Karver. She was trusting, to say the least, though she doubted that Asiam would let any harm befall her. "I love the layout of these lands..." she said nonchalantly to her mate, young as they were, they were right for eachother.

"It is nice here." He agreed. "The skies seem to go on forever." His gold and red eyes went skyward, wings spreading. The pheonix had grown, his larger form padding besides Siyari's smaller one.

Siyari nodded as she looked out, following Asiam's gaze. "Perhaps we will find land like this?" She asked, curiousity getting the best of her. She knew not what would happen in the future, and knew that Asiam did not know either, but she still felt inclined to ask.

She smiled at him as they approached the cave where Karver sat, looking regal as ever. " My leige, your lands do please my eye. You must be a great King if your lands prosper thusly."

Li Na stepped through the tall grass in the pride, its been some time since she actually interacted with the other members of the pride, but little she didn't care much and loved her own solitude but would be much better without her demons around to haunt her. "Hmm nothings changed." she thought to herself as she moved through the grass with quickness heading near the oasis.
