Hahaha, we have one of those kind of people too. He's in 9th grade this year and he comes up to just bellow my chest. The 6th grades are taller then him. It doesn't help the fact that looks to be about 11 years old. I heart our "little west" as we call him.

I'm 5'6 and thats an original height for a philipino. The only tall people you see here at school is white pp, no offense...

meh, none taken. I never really got how saying things like that--factual kinds of things--about certain races was offensive... I mean, really. There are just some things that are, quite simply, unique to a certain race. not much can be done about that.

Shiomizu Since we're all talking about how tall we are, I'll say that I'm 6' 2" so unknown has me beat. But I had a bread when I turned 14! Beat that! burning_eyes You had 'bread' when you were 14? Jeez, what took you so long?!? l0l. Seriously, I'm just joking around.

...man, i feel so left out. *pouts* I'm going to be in graduating class of 2012...
Coincidentally, on August 12, 2012, there will be a solar eclipse... [/nerd moment]
Also, I won't be here this weekend. Girl Scouts thing. (again? no wai! lol) This time we're helping host... I'm probably going to get all 8 of my NJHS hours for this six weeks this weekend! YES! *celebrates*

True story. I woke up to watch the lunar eclipse at 4:54. Walked up the mountain to get the best view (trees were in the way) and sat down on the grass and waited. 4:57 rolled by, the time the eclipse of the moon was going to happen, but clouds moved in just as it started. As the light from the moon died, I heard this loud noise from the woods. Now, I thought it was a deer. They run there the woods at night all the time. So I turn around to get a look at it, and there was a black bear not ten feet from me! I don't think he cared I was there though, because he walked right on by, like I was nothing to worry about. (and in truth, I wasn't) That was the second time I had seen a bear in real life, and that is still the closest I've ever been to this day.

I've never seen a lunar eclipse, though I'd like to. (and I'd said solar eclipse, anyway--you know, the one with the sun? xp )
