"Newbies..." Edward sniffed and finished his meal, putting his try up and leaving the cafteria in search for his brother.

Danielle stood in the doorway to the Central HQ cafeteria. She had never dreamed of being inside of the HQ at all; of course she couldn't stay for long, considering she wasn't military personnel. But someday..
Walking forward and looking around, she bumped into a rather short blond boy in a red coat. Not that she could talk...
"Oh I'm sorry!" She told him leaning over to pick up the pocket watch he had dropped. Immediately she recognized it. "Are-are you a state alchemist?"

Ed grapped his watch quickly eyeing the girl supiciously, kind of disappoointed she hadnt reconized him at sight. (Noone ever did) " No duh. Im Edward Elric." He put his watch into his pocket and gave that Kanji guy a evil stare for the Sh***p comment. "And who are you?"

Riza Hawkeye walked over to the cafeteria to get some coffee for the Colonel in hopes of him actually finishing paperwork on time. She sighed knowing that he'll never finish with out her having to stay after.

Kanji stood up and started walking out of the cafeteria and tryed to find some one in charge so he could find out where the training grounds were.

Edward felt dazzled with shock at his new admirer. He so wished his brother was her to pull hm out of this....odd....situation. At first he had no idea what to say but then his vain attitude helped him recover. "Oh, really. So your fan? WHat can you do?" (*cough* alchemy *cough*

"Oh," She was a little embarassed by her situation, considering who this was. "I, uh, I'm still learning alchemy... That's the main reason I'm here. But I can do a little!" She was now groping her mind for something that might gain back a little respect. "Like, uh, let's see... I can change seeds into flowers! As long as I have a little water that is..." Maybe she had redeemed herself, even just a tiny bit.

This girl reminded Edward a little of an old friend(armony). "Thats good." He said a little sadness crept into his voice, he gave her a sad smile. "Keep working on it."

(Holy crap! How could I not think of Armony when I wrote that?! xd <---*Is a dumdum* Oh well, ONWARD!)
Hearing a small bit of bitterness creep into his voice, Danielle, well, freaked out.
'Oh no!' Danielle thought. 'What did I do? Does he not like plants?'
"Uh, well, uh..." she was frantically trying to come up with something to redeem herself yet again. "If its not too much of an imposition for you, could I, uh, watch you do some alchemy? I just... want to watch a master."
(I'm still shocked at my stupidity by the way. Just so u ppl know. domokun )

Whinry arrives in central station. She gets off the bus and runs to the building where Edward is. She runs into the cafeteria and sees Edward. Whinry hugs Edward. "Edward I am so sorry!" She takes out a bolt from her pocket. "I forgot to screw in one bolt. I'm sorry, wait a minute alright?" Whinry checks Edward's auto mail and finds the spot where the bolt is missing. She screws it in tightly. "There all done. Edward, can I ask you a favor?"

Edward clapped his hands and placed them on the ground. With lighting and a flash of blue a statue of Alphonse in armor was formed. Ed gave out a chuckle. "MY brother." HE pointed to the statue. "Who had seemed to rum off."
