All the while, Kai had merely sat there on the old buck, continuing to sink her teeth and claws in every time he moved. So, he had no chance of escape. He continued to bleed, and with Kailasa digging her teeth and claws into his precious skin, he bled even more so, his tender muscles beginning to rip and tear, only causing him more pain and grief.

After a few minutes though, his body's reactions of kicking, twisting, and calling for help ceased. He had finally given up, and that's just what Kai had been planning for. Looking over to where the lion said he would be, she saw him watching her, seemingly amazed at how she had taken the buck down. She couldn't help but to smile, also noticing his prompt execution for saying goodbye. She gave him a slight nod, still holding onto the buck, just in case.

Once he disappeared behind the trees, tall grass, and bushes, Kai unclinged herself from the dying buck's back, wheeling around to the front of him with her teeth still clamped onto his neck. Slowly, but ever so surely, she began to drag him along, heading straight for the Graveyard, as it wasn't too far away now.

Oh yes, Tibuka was going to love what Kai had for him.
