Once the creature had finished it's throws the golden eyed male hopped off the doe and swayed his tail in a pleased sort of manner. "Nice going, I'm sure this'll taste better than your lion any way." He grins bowing his head. "My ma always says ladies first, though this thing is definately enough for the two of us huh?" He grinned in a cocky manner then, puffing out his large chest, he had certainly prooven himself the great hunter, or so he felt any way, if his jokes and a damned successful hunt didn't impress Poza, he decided, nothing would.
Though afiya was an extremely cocky male, he liked to impress those he met, he almost needed it to be a necessity of friendship that they were impressed by his prowess.

She grinned and nodded. "Thank you. You sure made quick work of that doe." She wasn't the greatest at complimenting, but she was actually impressed.
She moved to the dead animal and ripped into the hide, eating quietly and quickly. She was used to smaller meals and had to eat them vast, before scavengers came. It was different when you were hunting with others though!

Afiya sat and waited quietly while the female ate, his golden eyes shining, once he had given the area a good scout though he bent downnext to her and tore off a large chunk of meat which he proceeded to chew and swallow. "It's what I do Poza, My brothers and I usually hunt together we have a strategy." He grinned and licked his already bloody maw, his soft pink tongue lapping away the fresh blood. "We usually hunt for fairly big game in the coalition lands, means everyone can have a bit. Plus huntings tireing, tis easier for one group to do it on a daily basis instead of making everyone exhausted."
He smiles then and settles down to pull off and eat some more of the meat, he did htis evry time, pulling off a chunk, and eating, his eyes roving for anything that may pose a threat to him and Poza.

When she'd had her fill she backed off, licking at her chops and then at her paws. She was a lazy cleaner, she still had blood on her here and there.
"I will have to see this coalition for myself." She stated, grinning, eyes shimmering with excitement and mischief. Yes, she liked this Afiya. It was nice to have this feeling back again... but would it last or would what happen last time happen again?

Afiya continued to eat once Poza was sitting up, filling his stomach and sitting to clean his maw and paws. His mother, gods love her, had told him to keep himself clean, she was always so fussy about his coat constantly telling him he needed to keep his fur tidy or else. He knew what or else meant, it meant getting his fur cleaned by his mother, which in itself was an extremely embarressing thing to happen.
"Okay well I can take yuou back with me if you want, it's a couple of days walk in that direction." He pointed off in to the distance before continuing to groom. "Best we have a sleep before we go though, lets get away from this before something hungry turns up, I don't feel like becomeing anyones after dinner snack. " He winked and started to pad away from the doe, they had made a fairly good job of the beast but it was pointless he knew trying to drag it and hide it, rotten meat attracted scavangers by the dozen, it was easierr to leave it and capture soemthign else another day.
Stretching his large body he moved off in to the grass, he had passed a small copse of trees just before he had met Poza, he was very used to sleeping beneath a trees canopy, it reminded him of his home in the coalition lands. "we can nap then we can go if ye wanna."

She yawned and nodded. "Sounds like a good idea to me, I have nothing better to do." She admitted with a smile.
She followed him and when he got to the tree she just nodded her agreement and jumped to a low branch. She felt much safer sleeping in the trees rather than under them.
In no time at all she was asleep!end

Afiya yawned, looking up at the smaller cheetharess he smiled and shook his head laying his chin on his folded paws he let his golden eyes close and sleep engulf him.
