Moyo'nyau smiled cheerfully, demonstrating that her spirits were quite easily lifted even when she was feeling sad. Although it still upset her that her new friend had experienced such an awful situation, smiling came much easier to her than frowning did. "Even though I'm not good with words, sometimes I talk too much, and then I'm no good at listening because I can't stop talking!" She laughed as she suddenly realised that she was rambling somewhat, and quickly turned back to the sun to hide the rather embarassed expression on her face.
At Ahmadas' question, she turned back to him and gave a gentle shrug of her shoulders. "No where in particular." She smiled. "I just like to wander. Meeting new friends and seeing new places is the best!" Saying that, she tilted her head to the left. "How about you? Are you heading anywhere special?"

He chuckled at her word, shaking his head slowly at the mirth in both her words and his own heart. She was an amusing, funny little thing – he would give her that. His own spirits were slightly less dampened from the conversation with her, and he realized for the first time how nice it felt just to have a friend to talk to. How long had it been since he had had a real, true conversation with a friend? Ages, he supposed – Syeira had really been the only one that ever really got him.
“But you listen when it’s important, and that’s really all that matters, isn’t it?” he said with a smile. His deep, emerald eyes flickered up to look at her, and his smile was warmer than it had been before. All it took was a good laugh to make someone feel a little better, even if it was only for a little while.
“Me? No, I’m not heading anywhere in particular.” He smirked softly and glanced up at the sky, at the pretty blue revealed from behind the clouds that had hidden them all morning. “I follow the stars by night, the sun by day, and trust my heart to my paws and hope that one day they’ll take me away from everything,” he said quietly, a soft smile there as he spoke in a rather dreamy tone. “I just want to forget, and there’s no better remedy for that than filling your mind and your heart with new things.” He chuckled and glanced back towards her, quirking a brow, “forgive me for my rambling, but I do love to travel, and I missed it while I was with Jahala.”

"I guess so." She replied with a sheepish grin. Moyo'nyau was glad that Ahmadas had seemingly cheered up, although she was quite sure that he would still be hurting on the inside. Forgetting what had happened to him seemed like an impossible task to the female, having never experienced anything like that. "I hope you can find peace." She said with a firm nod.
Moyo'nyau giggled at the male's mention of rambling. "Don't worry about it! I love travelling too. Mostly during the day though, as I don't like the night very much. But I do like to sleep!" Saying that, she let out another giggle.

“I will, I’m sure,” he said with a weak smile, letting his tail flop slowly against the rock beneath their paws. “After all, everything always works out in the end, doesn’t it?” he grinned, glancing at her for a moment before he turned his attention back to studying the horizon. The Kusini’Mwezi lands lay that way, the way from which he had come, and the way he was running away from. He did hope Syeira didn’t think too badly of him for leaving without a word.
“How can you not like the night?” he said with a little quirk of his eyebrow, turning his attention back onto her fully. “I mean, for starters, the stars are beautiful beyond reason, and then you have the moon,” he trailed off as he said that, shaking his head. “I guess some others just don’t appreciate things the way I do.”
[Thank you! I was so excited when I won him. heart And he totally got a bumload of plot love after I got him, too. XD]

Moyo'nyau hoped she hadn't offended the male by admitting that she didn't really like the night, but then again, she had a good reason for it. "When I was just a kitten, I was really scared of the dark." She replied rather solemnly. "I never got to understand the beauty of the moon and the stars, as I would just bury my head in my mother's fur and wait for the light to return." Saying that, she managed a half-hearted smile. "Things just don't seem as scary during the day."
Wanting to pick herself up, she got to her feet and hopped down from the rock that the pair had been sat on. After briefly stretching out each leg, she turned back to Ahmadas. "Speaking of night, it'll be here in a few hours, and I need to find somewhere safe to sleep. It was really nice meeting you though!" Saying that, she started to trot away.
(( sweatdrop Sorry to end this so abruptly. I've really been struggling to find inspiration for Moyo, hence the gaps in RP replies. xd Plus, you're a really awesome RPer, and I'm also struggling to type in as much length/detail as you. heart I'd love another RP at a later date though, once I'm hopefully in a better mood for Moyo. ))

“It was very nice talking to you as well,” Ahmadas called after her with a little smile upon his maw. Today hadn’t been as dreary as it had started out to be, and Ahmmy had actually made a new friend. She had cheered him up quite a bit, and although he was heading off on his travels, he hoped that he would perhaps find her again. If nothing else, she was good to talk to, and she listened to him when he spoke. That was something in itself. There really weren’t many of his kind about these days, and he found himself hoping that he would find more than just her out there.
