Haha. They made us do recorders as well. We had to learn Mary Had a Little Lamb (a.k.a. Baa Baa Black Sheep).

I am a classical musician, I have a Bachelor of arts (music) with oboe. heart
I study baroque oboe (and maybe recorder from april this year),
I also play piano and harpsichord (both I am dreadful at 3nodding )
When I was 14 I tried guitar and managed playing Here comes the sun by the Beatles, was very dreadful.... xd

I've played guitar (acoustic and electric) since...
two christmases ago.
meh, I dunno if I'm any good, but I am starting a band.
I wish I could play the piano or the drums, but I was denied piano lessons and denied being allowed to play the drums.
I can also hold a bass line, if that counts for anything..?
and I can play my brothers mandolin (its easy).
mm, and cello at school.
I'm the second best in my grade, but Dan is better only because he got lessons, and the others are just plain idiots...
cello sucks a**, man.

MoonlitShadow87 i've been playing violin for about 6 years now. and....acoustic guitar for about...3 months. i can finally play Aerials by System of a Down. biggrin oh yeah go violin! I've played for 5 years. I can play Creep and Karma Police. Aerials is an excellent song

Been hacking away at guitar for 10 years now, still suck hard (I practice maybe twice a year, it seems). I also play bass.
I have played some hand-percussion instruments (African drums) with an ensemble, and in high school I played trombone and trumpet/cornet.

Have I not responded to this thread yet? Oh my. . .
Well, I've been playing the cello for 8 years.
Piano for 9 years, though I stopped taking lessons a few years back.
Other than that. . . I have a harmonica, a bongo drum, and an acoustic guitar which I barely know how to play. Oh yeah, and a recorder from elementary school as well.

I've been playing the piano for close to 6 years. I've only started to actually care about it for the last two years, so I think those might be the only ones that really count.
I'm kinda terrible at it.
