Zephyr followed her. "So, where'd you learn to fight like that?" He aske dher casually. He covered up his gauntlet before she saw it. Can't let any humans see it. He thought.

Flaze looked at her weapon, then put it on her back. "Ever since I ran away from the orphanage." She said in a calm voice. She was trying to hid her anger as much as she could. She really hated that place, with all of the kids treating her like dirt.

"Right." Zephyr said. "Well, nice meeting you, but I'll see you around. Maybe." He leaped onto the awning of a grocery. "See ya!" He said, the jumped onto the roof and took off.

Flaze watched him leave. She stood there for a while, then started walking down the street, keeping her head down. She tried to think of something else, like stealing some food or a quilt, but nothing seemed to be working.

Zephyr dropped a piece of bread on her head, from the lampost he was sitting on. "You looked hungry." He called down, smiling.

Flaze grabbed the bread from her head and looked up at Zephyr. She took a bite out of the bread, then walked up to the lampost. She took another bite, and sat down by it.

Jacqueline was swimming in the water, zipping around with a dolphin when she heard something. "Silver?" she whispered then swam to the top of the water, she smiled and went out to him. Because of Silver she was surviving, learned the language that was here on Earth. She ducked back under the waves and came up to the coast, she went to the shack where Silver was at. "Yes?" she asked going into the Shack and changing into pants and a shirt, along with other clothes she had picked up. Silver shrunk himself so he only reached her knee, she petted his head and sat on an old recliner he had picked off of a yard sale.
"I smell other elemental's"
"Are they water?"
"No"
"Then why should I care?"
Silver sighed, and sat next to her chair.

Zephyr dropped from the lampost, landing lightly next to Flaze. "Looks like I was right. handing her half of the loaf. He took a bite out of his half. "Freshly baked." He smiled.

Flaze took the half and did a small bite out of it and chewed quietly. She hasn't had fresh food like this in a long time, so she was savoring the taste and smell. Flaze took another small bite as a gentle breeze came by, causing some leaves to fly off the trees. The wind felt to good, that Flaze just closed her eyes for a while, enjoying the feeling, then continued to eat slowly.

Zephyr smiled as the breeze ruffled his hair. "You enjoying that?" He asked, chuckling, and sitting down.

Flaze nodded once, then took another small bite out of the bread. The wind slowly started dying down a bit. Flaze looked at the gray sky, checking to see if the weather had changed at all. Flaze took another bite and stared at the ground.

Zephyr finished his bread, and stood up. "So, what are you going to do now?" He asked her.

Flaze put the bread in her pocket and sat up. "I don't know." She said quietly, and stared at the gray clouds. The wind started picking up again, then dying down. Flaze watched the clouds rolled by, then she looked at the ground.

"You don't know.." Zephyr echoed. "Weather's weird. It's summer..." HE noted, gazing into the sky.

Welcome one and all to the Circus of Dreams.
That's what the sign read that led to a small circle of tents. The circus was in town, giving pleasure to anyone that had extra time on their hands. To the very right of the ticket booth, a red and blue tent stood, inviting anybody in. Inside sat Mylan, a red veil covering her face. Her hands flew over cards, turning them over one by one. Mylan looked into the face of the woman sitting across from her. With a hushed voice, Mylan began to speak. "In the near future, you will suffer the agony of heartbreak. Do not let that sadden you. I predict that great fortune follows with a new love." Mylan looked back into the woman's eyes. "That's all the cards say."
"Thank you," the woman said, a sad smile crossing her face. With a slight nod, the woman left the tent, leaving Mylan completely alone. That's what Mylan hated about tarot readings. The results rarely left anybody happy. A man, bald and somewhat overweight, poked his head in at Mylan. "It's almost time for you to perform." He said before ducking back out. With a sigh, she removed the veil and tossed it into a corner. Time for the same routine that she had performed every week for the past two years. Stretching slightly, Mylan made her way to largest tent.
