Now that she mentioned it, Angavu was getting kind of warm. Even though his pelt was bright, it still got fairly hot in the sun. At least his mane was light enough to reflect the heat a little bit. But still, a dip sounded nice, as did a drink.
"That sounds good, it is pretty hot out." He smiled politely at her.

Kawarimono got a little surprised over that he wanted to company her that easily but it made her happy since company was always nice but it was more fun doing something together with someone then alone.
" Ah great well lets fo this way then "
The orange lioness decided to lead the way to the nearest water hole there they both could have a dip and drink...it wasn't far either it would just take a few minutes getting there. The water hole wasn't big but it was big enough for 2 adult lions.
" I hopes this is ok? "

Angavu was rather used to being bossed around by females, so actually being asked was so nice, although he wouldnt have dared refused. Kawarimono was rather refreshing to be around in general actually- I mean, not many of the Kunanda'nahkun girls were shy. They were raised to be superior. Her behavior was strange to him.
"This looks good." He continued to smile politely, and walked casually over to the waterhole. At first, he bent in to take a drink of water, but eventually just jumped in.

Kawarimono knew she where suppose to be bossy and superior around males but being nice couldn't hurt right? she could take a leading role if she wanted to but just meeting this single male wasn't something she felt affected her into a bossy role...maybe that was wrong?
Mono stopped thinking when Angavu jumped into the water hole and it didn't take the orange female long before she followed him..
" This was very nice and refreshing~~ i just love water "
She smiled and took a nice zip of water to clear her troat..

"I love the water as well." Angavu smiled over at Kawarimono as he paddled around the small lake.
It wasnt very long however until his mane began to get soaked, which meant swimming was getting harder. Once that mass amount of fur got saturated, it was incredibly heavy. Angavu paddled over to the edge of the lake, and drug himself out.
As soon as he was stable on all four paws, he shook his body from head to tail, spraying water everywhere. There was a downside to this though, as his bright green mane was sticking out in a multitude of directions.
He tried his best to smooth it.

Ohh he did? that was just awsome <3 she didn't think males loved water but then again she didn't know much about them either and why couldn't males enjoy water just like she did? she didn't think it was that much diffrence between them both females and males was needed right?
Mono blinked and watched Angavu paddle towards the shore after he been swimming for a while he looked...he looked so funny and cute that coat must be really heavy she tought.
She swimmed towards him instead to sheck on him and make sure he was ok..
" Ya ok there? i guess your fur is very heavy "
She said with a smile..

"Yea, my fur gets really heavy." Angavu had mostly smoothed down his mane and fur. It didnt look so bad now, just a little flat due to the water still within the strands.
"Its mostly due to the mane though. Its heavy normally, but with water it just drags you down." After everything was smooth, he went to grooming a little bit, mostly around his paws and such. It had been a while since his last good grooming.

Kawarimono went up from the water and sat down next to him...she let some of the water drip of her instead since she liked when her fur was wet so she didn't want to to dry right away that would be boring. She peeked a the male when he was grooming himself maybe he needed some help? no why would he need help was probably grooming himself just fine...
" Ahh well atleast you are clean now "
She started to groom herself as well trying to get her orange coat to look cleaner as well and specially after the nice bath.
" So do you need any help? "
She then shut her mouth she couldn't belive she really asked him that...

Angavu blinked a couple of times at her question. It was rather random, and a very strange thing to ask indeed. Unfortunately, he had just finished grooming his paws carefully, and didnt really need any assistance.
"I... umm... not really. I like to leave my mane alone to dry the way it is, and I've finished everything else I need to do." It was slightly awkward to say no to a female, even if she wasnt asking directly.
Afterall, it had been ingrained into him since birth that he was nothing. "Thank you for asking, though." Might as well be polite.

She knew she could be very random atleast around males then many strange things could pop out of her mouth. She just nodded her little head as an answer for now since he said he was ok. Since Mono had no trouble with him just telling her simply no even males had a free will..
" Ah well i think you know best i wont question the one with the mane here "
She said with a giggle..
" So anything else you feel like doing? "
She tilted her side to the left and looked at him..

It had also been ingrained in him not to be rude to a female, but Angavu was feeling more and more out of place the longer he stayed in conversation. It was probably the longest he'd ever spent talking to a girl since his cubhood days. "I... I..." The bright purple lion really didnt know what to say.
His stammering, however, did bring into mind something that he had totally forgotten. "Oh! I totally forgot that I was supposed to go out on a hunt today." He stood up abruptly, and looked down at her sort of awkwardly. It was strange to just up and leave, and totally out of place. "I'm sorry, but if you'll excuse me?"

Kawarimono was fine with him leaving since she didn't know what she was gonna say herself and since he had duties to do then she could not hold him back anymore. And maybe this meeting was fine as it was and she was happy over that she could actually talk with a guy without duying..
" It's ok go and do your duties and since your home is my home i am sure i see you around "
The female said happily and was happy over this meeting maybe next time when she met a male she wouldn't be that nervous at all so that would be great..
After this meeting she would be by herself again but it didn't do that much since she had her sisters and her sisters kids so she wasn't lonley at all.
