Aerith nodded gently. "It makes sense that some souls would still be attached to the life that they formerly had." It was a bit sad, really, in Aerith's opinion. Then again, sometimes it was better to believe in something that a person thought was true rather than except a reality that might be too harsh to deal with.

"What's worse is when you meet someone you know." Zack said. "If you care for them then you want to tell them." Zack hung his head and sighed. "It's not easy being dead." Within a moment, Zack looked up and had a smile back on his face. He took Aerith's hand and stood beside her, staring into the vast expanse of energy and life. Not actual life, just life force. "At least there's always someone new. Someone with a story to tell."

Aerith couldn't help but look down at their clasped hands for a brief second. Looking up quickly, the young woman smiled a little and nodded in response to what Zack said. "Stories worth telling..." She gazed off at the eerie green landscape in front of her, almost getting lost in it for a moment. The brunette couldn't help but wonder if anyone else was nearby. The Lifestream was indeed filled with countless souls, but some places were more empty than others.
