i thought johnny was great in this, even if the role was small. the plot line was interesting. i thought i wouldn't like it... that it would be boring, but it was actually quite comedic. i particularly enjoyed lena olin.

Indie_Marauder i thought johnny was great in this, even if the role was small. the plot line was interesting. i thought i wouldn't like it... that it would be boring, but it was actually quite comedic. i particularly enjoyed lena olin. Yeah. Lena Olin was good. It was fun comparing the contrast between her character in Chocolat and her character in The Ninth Gate. She's a great actress.

i have a friend, who is going to be a rock star, who looks just like Johnny in this movie, sadly i don't have a picture of him from when i first saw the movie and realised that Ryan looked just like Johnny, and now Ryan has moved away, to be a rock star. and has cut his hair! but you can check out the band at www.surfacerising.com

I think this is an awesome movie, even though Johnny is simply a side note at many times. I love the music and the feel of it. Plus, who doesn't like chocolate? It's also nice to see Johnny playing the guitar (I learned the song and studied him, he is playing it) because I think most of us will agree that any man who plays an instrument well is good in our books.

I finally got around to watching Chocolat on Tuesday. I absolutely loved it! I think Roux is my favourite character that Johnny plays (and we all know there's stiff competition) He looks so amazing in this movie. I loved to see him playing guitar too, he's really good 3nodding I wanna get the soundtrack now, really enjoyed the music in it.

i actually watched the whole movie yesterday...i haven't done that since i first bought it. Kinda hate to admit i just went to the Johnny parts sweatdrop but it was a really good movie smile

I like the movie. It's got a good story line to it and was done really well in my opinion. All the characters were pretty awesome and develpoed well I think. 3nodding blaugh

Chocolate is my favorite movie becuase it was the first movie i saw with Johnny in it... It's what made me love him..his roles are always so perfect for him<3

I enjoyed this movie too! Even though Johnny's character is a minor one, he played it very well (no surprise).
Chocolat was a sweet movie (pun intended xP). I love Juliette Binoche Alfred Molina, and Lena Olin too! ^^
