Lovana smiled, or more like grinned to the stallion.
"Oh yes, because Qin you had to wait so long to find out my name" The mare grinned and winked before trotted slightly ahead of the clothed stallion.

Qin just rolled his eyes playfully at Lovana's words. He watched her trot ahead, deciding just to continue walking at his current pace. He heard the thumps his and Lovana's hooves made against the cold, dry earth.
Lifting his nose up to the sky, he inhaled deeply, the scents of maple, pine, and apple filling him. He looked ahead to see Lovana not too far ahead of him. He grinned, she certainly was full of spunk.

At the silence Lovana looked back to make sure Qin was still there. She would have been awfull angry if he ditched her. Surely, he was lagging at a walk but, he was still following.
"You know, I think the clothes on your back are making you slow." Lovana teased before grinning and keeping at her trotting pace.

Qin rolled his eyes again, and called out, "Well, if you haven't noticed its a little chilly outside today. I for one, do not like being cold." He trotted up to Lovana and kept pace with her. It amused him, she was so immature, but still very down to earth.

Lovana stopped flat and rolled her eyes and shook some of her forlock from her eyes and looked at him for a moment.
"Oh yes it's Chilly. And your wearing something that barely covers your body. Ever taken those clothes off?" The mare gave a silly grin and winked before trotting agian.

Qin took a few deep breaths, it wouldn't do if this young mare provoked him, even though she was doing a very good job of it. He faked a smile of laughter, and replied, "Well its still better than no clothes."
He looked ahead and saw Lovana gaining ground on him. He rolled his eyes and muttured to himself, "What did I do to put up with this?" He quickened his pace and caught up with Lovana, giving her a halfhearted glare.

Lovana took moment to look at Qin, she grinned at his glare and mearly flicked her tail at him in a half-hearted responce.
"I like no clothes better." The mare simply responded and looked to him. Her eyes glinting with happiness. It wasn't usual that someone put, up with her for this long. She was sure he would give up on her games and leave, just like all the others.

Qin huffed indignantly, trying to look perterbed. He failed though, and just smiled as he continued his pace. Lovana intrigued him, she was full of suprises, he just didn't know what to expect. Trying to make civil conversation for once, he asked, "Uh, so. Why do my clothes upset you" So much for civil conversation.

Lovana looked suprised for a moment and she watched him curiously while trotting. No other bothered with her for this long. She really had intruiged his intrest. The mare smiled softly before her grin returned
"Thats simple because I can't see whats under them. What if you have some kind of crazy battle scar your hiding. Or your a random color like pink, so your hiding it. " She flicked her tail agian and gave a silly smirk. His clothes didn't bother her. They just made for a great random conversation.
"Qin?"

Qin laughed, this was really a good start to an otherwise boring day. He pondered the question and said, "Oh Lovana, I can assure you there is nothing under my clothes but more white hair." He laughed again, and flicked his tail in the chilly air.

The mare stopped and pounded her hoof stubornly. "Well, I guess thats the end of a perfectly random conversation." The mare gave a joking pout and looked off, allowing the swirls along her legs to shine.
"Qin, do you ever wonder why your single?" The mare mearly grinned and awaited his responce. Lovana was single to but, she had a perfectly good reason to be.

Qin pondered the question, he didn't want to upset Lovana by talking about Hsien-Ko, but he also didn't want to give the implication that he was single. He started to answer, then paused, comtemplating his answer even furthur.
Finally he spoke, "I don't really think of myself as single, just the mare I've been chasing, I don't know if she returns my affections." He felt that it was a fairly subtle answer, and would satisfy Lovana's curiosity.

Lovana looked to Qin, he was taking a long time to answer a simple, personal, question. She flicked her tail at the chilly wind and shrugged.
"So you are going to settle down with that mare. How boring, how can you stay with just one and have no feeling for others? " Lovana didn't understand how one said they loved the other so much. She thought love was whoever you were loving.

Qin glared at Lovana, and replied stiffly, "If you're lucky, you find someone who loves you for who you truely are, not just what you look like." He continued, "It could be called a connection of sorts, but I prefer to think of it as a bond, one that cannot be broken no matter how hard each tries." He hadn't meant to preach to Lovana, but she had really iritated him personally. He knew she hadn't meant to, but he took it personally, as all stallions do.

Lovana blinked a few times and tilted her head in confussion. "Dont talk strick to me! I'm older now and I dont need anybody telling me what to do!!" She huffed in anger and snorted flicking her tail angerly in his direction. "I'm always told what to do and how to act! Others judge me before they even know me." Lovana looked away from Qin in annoyance. "They always do" She huffed dramatically. Thats all Lovana knew how to be, Dramatic
