i see lots of kids that are in high school but could easily pass for a 6-8th grader, they look so young, and they are shorter too, so they could get away with child prices

Lol. I know what you mean. I see kids and I'm like "how old is that tiny child." Emo kids always look really young aswell. But at the same time I see kids getting on the bus for childs fares (like my bro, lol) and I'm like "There's no way that kids under 15!"

MandaG Lol. I know what you mean. I see kids and I'm like "how old is that tiny child." Emo kids always look really young aswell. But at the same time I see kids getting on the bus for childs fares (like my bro, lol) and I'm like "There's no way that kids under 15!" yeah the emo kids can almost get away with looking younger than they are, but sometime i can tell that they are older. and sometimes you can tell when kids want to look older by wearing too much makeup which makes them look like a slut more than looking older.

Lol...if they aren't emo kids they look like sluts where I am. That covers about 90% of people in my town under 18. Although there are a lot of people over 18 that wear too much make-up. To me, the big giveaway is when girls wear little skirts or tiny tops when it's freezing...which is about October to February where I am! Lol. Even thought I do that sometimes, but I wear tights smile

Lol....I'm guessing sluts are sluts where ever you go 'cause they'ree like that over here too. Emo's here wear really tight clothes and drainpipe jeans instead of baggy ones, but apart from that sound the same.

sometimes the emo females wear tight clothes, but mostly its all baggy, and usually the emos here arent big sluts, they may be semi-sluts, but they're not like the regular sluts. reg sluts have 2 emotions, happy or sad: happy cause they got laid, sad cause they didnt. emo have lots of emotions but only one at a time and they make that emotion last forever by over emphasizing it.

I dunno about the emo-sluts thing but all emos wear the same stuff here. My (crappy) joke right now is I'm gender confused - i haven't a scoob who's a boy and who's a girl these days!
And they try to be all non-conformist and that but the ones you get here will wear the same stuff - like the exact same jeans and they will all wear t-shirts/hoodies for the same band but in a diff style. And that in itself just makes them conformists to their own style.

Lol. I dunno about that, but all us non-emo's make jokes about crying in the corner like an emo. There's also gonna cut my wrists like an emo, because they all 'self harm' over here. I use '' things because most of it is attention seeking and being cool.
I was waiting for a bus one day and this emo guy was with his friend (who didn't seem like an emo to me) and theyt were talking about how emo there other friend was. It was really funny. Then it went:
Emo Boy: She's probably at home cutting herself just now. Girl: (Laughs) Yeah. *pause* ...She probably really is. Emo Boy: Yeah, we shouldn't joke about that.

yeah and they are the friends that wont do anything about it either, instead of trying to get help for their friend they will just let their friend try to attemp suicide the hard way. (you cant really die from cutting unless you cut too deep)

Yeah - there's a phrase here "down the tracks, not across the road." If you go down your arm it'll kill you because you get mroe of your veins. if you go across it's gonna heal before anything really bad happens. unless, like you say it's really deep.
I know a guy who I'm sure either does cut himself or used to. He always wears jumpers (normal considering it's so cold all the time). But once at a film society meeting he had it off and I looked over and I'm sure he had scars over his arms but it was really dark and my eyesight sucks so I don't know. Either way I feel a bit wierd about it...I just dunno, gah!

most people will cover the scars so you dont know that they cut, usually if you see lots od scars dim light or not, they were at some point a cutter, they may have gotten help, but the scars wont dissapear

I know. And it's if it's true it's not like he told me about it himself so it's really none of my business.
