Matthew (v.): to Matthew: to destroy, esp. guitars and drum kits, Matthewed: common expression for an instrument that has been destroyed by Matt Bellamy. Etymological supplement, by frozenjakalope: This verb stems from the early Muse tours, where Matt would frequently destroy his (and Dom's) instruments for no apparent reason.
