Take's eyes couldn't help but begin to water, and he tried again to snap at the male, but he only managed to tap his cheek with his muzzle. "Stop......" He said, though it came out as more of a low mutter, and he tried to wiggle some more under his captor's weight. He pushed on him with a paw, though it was very feeble and subdued.

Takehiko was surprised now, but he promptly sprung up to his feet, flexing his wings and spreading flecks of blood around him. He looked warily at Baoni though it wasn't quite fear, instead he was utterly confused. This male had intruded on his territory, pinned him with more than an opprotunity to kill him, yet now he stood, a foot or two away.....And apologizing to him? Takehiko couldn't take it, his head fell, and he cast his eyes to the side. "Why!?" He said, still not lifting his eyes to face him. "Who are you to apologize?" But now, Takehiko, was glaring in full force back arched, and wings spreading more blood as he yelled at this male. He didn't understand this, and he reacted with anger.

Take looked sorrowfully at Baoni, as though the apology hurt him too. With his tail flicking and his eyes cast down he spoke, quietly, "Take-Takehiko." He knew he was leaving Bao's question unanswered, but he just flicked his tail as an alternative to his dripping wings.

Take's face turned to surprise as he learned his new alias but he didn't say anything. Meerly a tail flick, and it stuck. As Bao drew close to him, Take tensed, even to the point where he flinched under the touch of his wing, and he stared at Bao out of the corner of his eye. "Fleeing from you after you hurt them, I'm sure."

It was Takehiko's reflex to be smarmy, and his ear flicked as the words hit it, regretting them immediatley.

Take's wings outstretched. He still wanted to tell Bao to leave his territory, but he didn't want to see him go. He too, frowned with his eyes cast to the blood-spattered dirt before him. Which did he really want? As Takehiko sat, he was determined to discover which it was, and that would take time, time with Bao.

Take stood quickly and closed the gap between he and Baoni in an instant. "Wait! I mean.....Not yet you don't.... I owe you some courtesy after attacking you, don't I?" He said, staring at the back of Bao anxiously as though he would slip through his grasp at any moment. "I-Is there something I could do for you?" Takehiko posed another question nervously, and shuffled his feet.

Takehiko nodded fervently, "Yes, you may rest. I-I don't mind just....." Take was tripping over his words, bumbling as he had no other conditions to Bao. "Just tell me your name!" There! That was something. Something the male could give him, something that would tie the two together, and Take waited with held breath to hear it spoken for the first time, anxiously leaning forward, but trying not to betray his inner emotions.
