Well, since I go to a small charter school, I guess I don't need to worry about prom. Though, I could always try going to the normal high school for that. But then again, I don't really have a date for the prom.
I have no idea what I'd wear for the prom. I hate formal wear way too much. Well, maybe I'll just wear a suit or something for prom. I don't think cross dressing would be a good idea for me at a prom with loads of seniors that could potentially beat the stuffing out of me. (even though I've always wanted to try it ninja )

Calumaritzu I've already graduated, but I went to prom three years in a row while I was in high school.
Sophomore Year: Pic.
Not the best picture if you want to actually look at the dress... but... sweatdrop It was a blue dress with plenty of sequins, with a matching blue sash thingy. x3 I liked the fact that it wasn't poofy, but...
Junior Year: (Don't have a pic. x.o)
...I decided to try poofy next. It was a peach-colored dress with some sequins. It was strapless, though... I hated that 'cause my boobs kept trying to fall out. XD But I had a rainbow sash to go with it, and my hair was up all Rikku-styled. (Final Fantasy X-2 Rikku, that is.)
Senior Year: Pic.
(Ignore the fat... XD I've lost weight since then.) I decided to be different and wear this. I went to Hawaii the summer before and got this outfit at a flea market. The prom was a tropical theme so I thought it'd be perfect. =) I had a pink fabric flower in my hair, too, but you can't see it. Wore sandals with it. =o all the proms eh? lol rikku style ftw!! if you lost weight ever sicne your senior year, you must be really skinny now @_@; Hazumu-san I wore what was expected of me and felt poofy all night long. I didn't have that much fun either, my boyfriend (Prom date) dumped me at the prom. When I got home that night (early by the way) I took it all off and threw it in the trash. I never to see that dress again. Ahahaha, my prom dress is sitting in my closet. Can't believe it's been a year already.
Anyway, I wore this frilly halter lilac dress. I say frilly because I find dresses frilly and I don't like wearing them. blaugh But it's a nice dress. wink
|

biggrin Bought my prom dress today (prom's June 20th)
We spent about an hour in the shop choosing it and tried on many dresses.
But I like it ^-^
And the accessories, yup we got everything.
Dad nearly had heart failure at the price of it XD He paid it though heart
It's an ankle length indigo blue dres with sparkles across the chest and one of those shawl things (that began to irritate me XD), not strapless. And I have killer heels to go with it so I might actually be the same height as my friends come prom night ^-^
I'll put up pics after the night.

So the hair took two hours, one disaster with the curling tongs, almost a can of hairspray and lots of mousse. But yeah, I like it XD

Watching the teachers do the dance from Prince Charming XD
I did take my shoes off half way through. But since it was my first time in proper heels I think 2 hours is an accomplishment ^-^
Yeah, I had fun biggrin

i wore a pretty black dress with silver lining and a black rose pinned to it. I would show u a pick but i dont know how. i didnt have a date. but it was jr. prom so who cares. actually i probably wont have one for senior prom either...oh well. i did have a good time tho.

Mak Mak your dress was pretty :'D [i saw the orb =O] first time and already wearing 4inch? D: you are amazing. lol it does sound like you had a good time. :3 can't wait until my prom ;o ;o Thank you ^-^ And yes, the orb XD I believe it's our resident ghost, Maggie. She owned the pub in the 50's and several people have seen her. Luckily, half the flat was built after she died so she doesn;t come down the end with my bedroom biggrin (I live in a flat above the pub my parents own) Haha, my feet didn't think that the next day XD You'll have a blast wink One piece of advice... Make sure to bring a camera to capture the insanity (of both friends and teachers) ^-~ @ Hazumu-san: biggrin I love colour (and had nailvarnish to match ^-^). But it was hell trying to tell people what colour it was because in some light it was blue and some it was purple. I gave up in the end and just said "Blue... ish purple." ^-^ @ Melock: Sounds pretty biggrin Dates aren't needed for fun ^-^ I think out of the group of 15 of us 2 of us had dates ^-~ There was a severe lack of guys there actually... About 30 to match up with the 60 girls. Not that I particularly cared anyway... >.<You can just get a free account at photobucket or some such other site and then upload the picture and link it biggrin
