Skylar Jacobs: Platform 9 & 3/4, September 1st.
Skylar picked up her trunk and dragged it on to the train. She saw a nearly empty compartment, only a small first year inhabited it. "Hey, do you mind if I sit here?" Skylar asked kindly, for once slightly embarrassed of her gothic threads. She picked at the front of her shirt and looked over at the first year. "May I ask your name?" she asked politely.

Christine Scquarrinz: same day, same place
Christine smiled back at Ted and then watched with interest as Ted introduced his own cat to Stella. Christine laughed softly as Granny got a little "too friendly" and Ted placed Granny on the other side of the compartment. "Well nice to meet you, Ted," said Christine. Then she looked over at Granny "And very nice to meet you too," she said, leaning over to pet the cat who purred and kept ducking his head under her hand in order to get petted more. Christine laughed.

Teddy Lupin: Same place, same dayTeddy laughed at Granny's tries for more affection before gently tapping the cat's nose. "Stop, you're being rude," he muttered before looking up at Christine. "Listen, do you mind looking after him for a minute? I wanna go look for a friend." He got up and wandered the train, hoping to catch a glimpse of blonde hair, or the mischievous shine of silver eyes. Even hearing her voice could get him feeling elated for hours, daydreaming about an exotic veela who was secretly a goddess imprisoned on earth, but didn’t want to be fed to a volcano, so he would have to swoop in (dressed as Indiana Jones, of course) and rescue her. She always thanked him in a most delightful way, he had to admit.

Victoire Weasley: Hogwarts Express, September 1st
Since Victoire was a Prefect this year, it was her duty to patrol the train on its voyage to Hogwarts. As everyone was piling on and finding their seats, Victoire was wandering the train and searching various compartments for Teddy Lupin, the person she had been dying to see since her Uncle Harry's birthday party. She had something important to tell him, and felt it could not wait.

Teddy Lupin, same place, same dayTeddy had finally spotted his target. Victoire Weasley. God was she ever pretty. Wait, stop thinking those things! She's practically your cousin man! he thought to himself. Not to mention she's two years younger than you! a voice that he suspected had once been his father's added. Now thoroughly annoyed with the fact that he was thinking only cousinly thoughts, he grabbed Victoire around the waist and picked her up. "Off you come, Vic!" he said cheerfully, his hair turning bubblegum pink with his simple gladness to see her again. "Here we are! Your carriage awaits, Madamoiselle." He mock-bowed her into the comparment after putting her down.

Kaylin Byrne: Platform 9 & 3/4, September 1st.
Kaylin walked aimlessly through the train. Go find Teddy and Victorie. "No." she whispered, shaking Auntie Flo's voice from her mind. She'd taken on the habit of naming the Voices when she turned eight. It made them feel friendlier. Auntie Flo was the busybody with a good heart, named after Uncle Alan's dead wife. "Victorie's a prefect now, she's got better things to do." Kaylin looked up to the tinkling sound of laughter, only to spy Teddy and Victorie, and her Jesse slightly behind them. See, now you have no excuse. Go visit with them. Yeah, and invite Jesse too. Kill two birds with one stone. Kaylin smiled. "Thanks Herman. You too Josie. But don't let Bobby hear you talking about killing. He'll feel compelled to make a morbid joke." Kaylin gently shut out the Voices, knowing that if she did it too fast, it would hurt, before running over to her friends. "Hi Teddy, Victorie, and Jesse! What's up?"

Christine Squarrinz: same place, same day
"Sure, no problem," said Christine, taking Granny and setting him in her lap. Christine laughed as Granny tried to escape her arms in order to go over by Stella. Soon Ted was back accompanied by another girl the Christine didn't know. "Hey Ted," she said, still trying to hold the struggling Granny. Then Christine looked at the new girl. "Hello," said Christine. "I'm Christine Squarrinz." Then Christine noticed that there were also two other people standing behind them. "Hello," she said.

Teddy Lupin, same place, same dayTeddy looked over his shoulder and saw Kaylin and Jesse. "Hey Kay! How goes it with you?" he asked before making his way into the compartment. "Vic, Kay, Jess, this is Christine. Christine, this is Mademoiselle Weasley, Lady Byrne, and Master MacOwan," he said in a jokingly regal voice. He took Granny from Christine, thinking she might want a break from the sprightly male. He couldn't really express why (and wouldn't dare to in front of another male), but it made him feel extremely happy to see even so few as three people (and at least one cat) who he could consider his friends all in one compartment. He wanted to just beam at them all, but thought it would be unusual, so just sat down instead.

Christine Scquarrinz: same day, same place
Christine laughed at Ted's regal voice and moved over so that the others could join them in the compartment. Christine was trying to think of what to say next. The three new people had been introduced to her in formal terms, therefore she didn't know there first names. Awkward..she thought. All she remembered hearing was Ted calling them Vic, Kay, and Jess, but what were those nicknames short for Christine wondered. At least she was able to think about it with the squirming Granny out of her hands. Finally Christine decided that it would just be better to ask then to go on wondering. "Hello," said Christine. "It's nice to meet you all. I know that Ted here, just introduced you all, but I think I'd feel weird saying Mademoiselle Weasley, Lady Byrne, and Master MacOwan...all the time. So I was wondering if maybe each of you could tell me what your first name is? I think that would be a lot less awkward," Christine said, smiling at what she had said toward the end. This was definately going to be interesting.

Victoire Weasley: Same time, Same Place
Victoire laughed as Teddy lifted her off the ground. It felt wonderful to be in his arms again! She smiled at him and his bubblegum pink hair. "That shade of pink goes well with you very nicely, Ted. Matches your eyes," she said jokingly and winked at him.
Victoire turned her attention towards Christine Scquarrinz as Teddy introduced her. "I'm Victoire Weasley, nice to meet you," she said as she held out her hand while smiling, trying her best to make a good impression, as she was in need of friends who were girls.

Skylar Jacobs: Same Place, Same Time.
"Ok," Skylar said. She picked up her luggage again and started moving down the train. She really didn't want to wait for an answer, so she walked down the hall of the train, waiting for someone she knew to call out her name or ask her to sit with them. She sighed. "Which friend is going to ask me to sit with them? They never do," she whispered to herself, looking at the floor.

Teddy Lupin: Same day, same placeTeddy grinned, glad that Victoire and Christina might be friends, when he looked out the compartment window. There was a girl out there, looking a little lost and sad. He could fix that, he realized as he almost visibly perked up. There was an extra seat in the compartment; it would be oh so perfect. He opened the compartment door and reached out for the girl's arm. "You there! Small girl in dark clothing! We need to fill a seat, and you are just the right size, personality, and general strangeness that hanging out with this sort of people requires!" he said cheerily, pulling her bodily into the compartment. "Would you care for a game of Muggles and Minions?" he asked jokingly, referring to the wizarding counterpart to Dungeons and Dragons. OOC: Muggles and Minions does not belong to me. It belongs to this girl *who is wonderful* Fernwithy. Read her fanfictions, they're amazing!

Kaylin smiled at the tiny dark haired girl as she entered the compartment. She looks like death warmed over. "Oh hush Bobby. That's not at all nice to say about someone. She could be really sweet." You could try and keep your mouth shut, Bobby. You misjudge everyone at first. I mean, look at Jesse, and Teddy, and Vicky. "Thank you Herman." Yup. Oh look, Kaylin, it's the girl from the Common Room! Little Skylar Jacobs! Oh, she's such a shy dear. "Thanks for the tip, Auntie." Kaylin turned to Skylar and held out her hand. "You're Skylar Jacobs, right? I'm Kaylin Byrne." She directed the next part to Christine as well. "But you can call me Kay."

"Sure, why not? I'm Skylar," she said after being dragged into the compartment. "Just let me put up my stuff." She lifted her trunk above her head and shoved it onto the shelf. "There," she said with a smile. "Now, please don't be insulted, but I have no idea who you guys are. Although, I'm willing to guess that you are Teddy Lupin, because of the crazy colored hair."

"Nice to Meet You, Victorie,"said Christine, shaking Victorie's hand. It would be really nice to make a new friend. Just then, Ted left the corridor and a moment later he came back in with another girl. Christine listened as the new girl introduced herself and another girl in their compartment introduced herself. Well now I know everyone here... Christine thought to herself. "Nice to Meet You, Skylar," said Christine. The school year was starting off well and she thought that it was only going to get better. Christine shifted in her seat, trying to make sure that there was enough room for everyone.
