Awesome! Now that we have him, We'll have to decide on a few things, like who gets the password and what are the rules for using him. My rules suggestions would be:
No stealing items/funds donated to mule
Only use him for guild related activities.
Be extra careful to follow all rules and guidelines while using the mule; he's the ultra role model for the guild
building off that, please triple check your spelling and grammar.
those are the most important things I can think of right now. whoever we decide to give the password too should have to sign some kind of user agreement and send it to Annetia.
Also, can we give him an actual name? I kind of like Ryter ^^

Spiffy. I'm not sure though; because I think it should have an informal name, because it isn't exactly a person. It's more of a relaying system. And plus, if the guildie members receive a friend's request from Ryter, they won't recognize it as a part of the guild. Perhaps we can change the name later, after everyone becomes familiar with it?
As for who to give the password to, I think it should at least be myself, Zenai, and Annetia of course. And Niddhog13 too me thinks.

And as for wrapping up the Announcement sub-forum versus a PMed newsletter, we should have GCW_Newsletter (current mule) send them via pm, and the actual scribe for the newsletter post it here. That way we can keep track of who does what.

You're brilliant, my loves! 'Tis an excellent idea, I thoroughly approve and am overjoyed that you did all this without me.
That sounded sarcastic. Wasn't meant to. I'm really glad. I ought to promote you, Ink, but I don't think I can any higher without chucking Zenai away.
Okay, for the mule... I love the proposed appearence, I think the people with access to the password should be myself, Zenai and Ink to start with. I'll come up with some kind of agreement form for it.
And the daily chance for the mule will be first come, first serve on items, tokens and such, but if you're just given money directly, leave it in the account. We'll use it to funk up the avatar at first, and the bar, and once it's perfect we'll just put it in the guild account.
Will you PM me the password for the account? I've got good money, I'll pimp him up. Appropriately.

I sign in to Gaia at least once per day, so the gold from the Daily Chance shouldn't be too much of a worry.
Shall I PM Zenai the password as well?

I also think that no drastic changes should be made without general consent. So no changing GCW_Newsletter into a girl with frilly dresses. >.<

Oh, and when should we start sending the Friend Invites for GCW_Newsletter, and how will we keep it organized?
Also, we should probably put something about that on the Guild Home Page, so new members are aware.

Talkative bunch today, aren't we? As for the name, I wasn't suggesting we actually change the account name. Just give him an informal name so we don't have to refer to him as 'Mule' all the time. You know, like a mascot name or something. that's kind of what he is.
I can through something together to go on the homepage if you like. I also volunteer to do his profile. I'm off Monday and Tues, so if you guys can try to avoid using him, I'll play with him then. That way we won't have two people trying to use him at once.
