"Sit down... think." Mkia said thoughtfully. Now there was something that she had never thought of before. Just sit down, close her eyes... listen... she had never really been non-active enough to try something like that. Perhaps she would have to! But... that was only if she could sit still for that long. Which was frankly iffy... but that didn't mean she couldn't try!
"Of course. Everyone has some good in them, even if it's hidden." Mkia said, totally convinced. She really had never seen any evidence to the contrary to that idea. "Just like you! You're awesome and we only just met!"

Mashuhuri definitely didn't like sitting in one place for long but he's trained himself to be able to sit still to help him relax. Before, he used to be rather uptight and probably would have become an old man by now. But relaxing has helped him a lot.
"Yes, that is true. I think everybody has some good in them and they know it... It's just up to them whether they suppress it or not. And some have more good in them then others. Strange how things work out..." Mashuhuri searched through his thoughts. Having been on this earth for awhile now, there were many thoughts to sift through and many pieces of wisdom to contemplate. The leopard couldn't help but chuckle at her last statement. "There are so many fake animals out there. Even if they seem good at first, they could turn out for the worse..." He paused, "But I'm glad you think I'm awesome." He couldn't help but grin playfully.

Mkia smiled, "You are totally awesome!" She thought about what he had said though. About how other creatures fakd being nice... that seemed like complete and utter nonsense to her. Sure, she had been known to play a trick or two in her time, but they were all in the name of good fun.
Why would anyone ever go further than that? How very silly. Why be hated when you could be loved? Stupid. Really. "I bet that all the creatures who act mean are still nice... they're just waiting for someone to be nice to them." She said with her youthful ignorance. Right then, she really did believe that no one could possibly be bad. Not really bad. Not really...

Mashuhuri smiled fondly at her. Little children were... so cute. Being so optimistic was very refreshing for him and he really needed that. There were too many pessimistic animals out there. He hoped that she would be like this when she grew up.
"That's quite possible Mkia. You'll have to wait and see right?" Grinning once more, Mashuhuri didn't want to put her down. She would learn someday anyway and it was best that she learned. His mind drifted to the thought of little kids. He really enjoyed talking to Mkia and he kind of liked the fact that she didn't know all of the realities of the world. He wanted to help teach his kids that. But Mashuhuri didn't like the thought about settling down, that was a scary thought to him.

Mkia was quite fond of him as well. But then, it was rare that she found someone she didn't like. Still, Mashuhuri was a lot of fun, even for an adult. Because adults were totally not fun sometimes.
"I guess so. But I know I'm right." Mkia told him, perfectly confident in her line of thought. Really, how could she possibly be wrong? Really. Of course, her never having gone very far from her home-den made her a little biased.

Smiling, Mashuhuri chuckled once more. He liked how she was persistent. She would be fine out in the real world so he wasn't too worried about her anymore. With that strong head, he knew she would be alright. "Sure." Mashuhuri smiled at her as he spoke silently hoping that that train of thought wouldn't get her into too much trouble.
"It's just about time for you to go back to your parents. I'm sure that they're worried about where you are." He nodded and looked around making sure it really was okay for him to leave her. Even if she would be alright, Mashuhuri couldn't shake that paternal feeling.

"Ah! Right!" Mkia said, jumping up, "They'll be wondering where I wandered off to... thanks very much for talking to me!" She bowed her head in a friendly way and then waved.
She turned to head back and took a deep breath, "Okay... Here I go. See you around Mashuhuri!" With that, she bolted out into the trees. She would have to run... and run fast if she wanted to get home before the terror settled in.

Nodding slightly, Mashuhuri thought this little one was adorable. Children were.... rather tolerable. He wasn't sure how well he would do with living with one though... Shaking that thought out of his head, Mashuhuri nodded at Mkia. He hoped that she would grow up to be a strong leopard... Smiling to himself, Mashuhuri called after her, "See ya Mkia! Good luck!" The leopard turned to leave and disappeared into the distance about ready to take a nap now.
