I can't really explain, same story line but different adventure. It's more explained in the story and i find it more interesting. THere isn't that strange art girl and satoshi's dad doesn't have as big of a part. I believe that daisuke's relationship with Risa and Riku are different in the manga. i can't really explain because i would have to rewatch and reread the series for me to tell you all the differences.

Just bought and finished 12 (though I've already read to the Argentine Special on onemanga.com). I can't wait till 13 and now I want to look for the continuation of the anime.

sorry, no such thing. Bad news i know. I've heard the game continues it but that would be hard to understand since in japanese and the fact that its not for english playstation.
